Lactalis American Group, part of the Lactalis family of companies, is currently hiring a Production Operator II - Sanitation (Fresh Mozzarella ) based in Nampa, ID.
As Production Operator II, Sanitation, you will disassemble and clean machinery and other equipment. You will also inspect all machinery and equipment to ensure they are properly cleaned and sanitized.

Key responsibilities for this position include:
- Disassembles the machine lines to clean and disinfect.
- Perform daily swabs of equipment.
- Reassembles all equipment taken apart and prepares equipment for production ensuring production will resume in a timely manner.
- Maintain clean and organized work area.
- Interact with associates to maintain efficient process flow.
- Maintain open line of communication with all line workers and supervisor.
- Perform sanitation duties as assigned.
- Report problems and/or concerns to the on-duty supervisor.

Contribute feedback to and follow HR practices and processes to serve plant management and employees. Set HR priorities. The Waste Water Treatment Plant Tech is responsible for operating a 1.5 MGD Wastewater Treatment Plant. It is a waste activated sludge facility with a SBR, Belt Press, Sand Filters, and DAF. Successful candidate will operate, troubleshoot, evaluate equipment problems and perform minor repairs and preventive maintenance tasks as well as execute proper procedures of lab analysis.

* Perform all operational requirements of the job.
* Perform preventative maintenance tasks unsupervised.
* Respond to process indicators and make changes as needed for most abnormal situations.
* Conduct most trouble shooting and repair of the WWTP equipment proficiently.

* Develop PM schedules and procedures for all WWTP equipment and processes.

Maintenance Technician Level III will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting and repairing manufacturing and packaging equipment through a broad knowledge base of manufacturing skills in electrical, controls and mechanical disciplines involving work of a varied nature; resulting in efficient and reliable operation of plant facilities.

Level III Responsibilities
Mechanical: Greasing and changing parts, making movement adjustments to machinery, aligning linear bearings and motors; drilling, grinding and cutting, basic lathe and milling, welding and modifying parts.
Electrical: Reading schematics, using voltmeters, troubleshooting relay and PLC logic panels.
Pneumatic: Adjusting flows, change/repair components
Plumbing: Replace PVC, copper, galvanized and/or steel piping including making modifications.
