Retail or sales experience preferred. Must be 16 years of age or older. Excellent communication skills. Excellent customer service skills. Able to communicate with customers, Associates, and Management. Regular attendance is essential to this position to ensure adequate coverage to meet company objectives. Responsible for maintaining a clean and organized store environment with a focus on floor care. Responsibilities include the operation of the scrubber and buffer, dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and spot cleaning glass and windows.
