As a registered nurse at Georgia Hospice Care, you’ll evaluate patients and create care plans, all while communicating with everyone involved — the patient, the patient’s family, and the care team. You’ll serve as the driver of our care team to ensure every patient receives quality care. Weeknight On Call RNs are salaried full-time to cover on-call hours of 5 pm - 8 am Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and ending on Friday at 8 am, working alongside our 24/7 365 RN staffed triage department. If and when called upon you will see patients during your working hours.

As a clinical supervisor at Georgia Hospice Care you'll manage the coordination, supervision, and implementation of professional and supportive services for our hospice patients in a safe, cost-effective manner. The clinical supervisor will oversee the care team and provide education and training related to clinical practice, regulation and reimbursement changes as well as help orient new employees. As a registered nurse at Georgia Hospice Care,  you’ll be a voice for your patients, all while communicating with everyone involved in the plan of care-the patient, the patient’s family, and the hospice care team.  You’ll serve as the patient advocate being able to ensure every patient receives the quality care they deserve. After-Hours Hospice RNs are salaried full-time positions to cover on call after hours from 5pm on Friday to 8am Monday morning. You will be fully supported by our 24/7 RN staffed Triage Department alongside your local hospice team.

• Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, tailor care plans, and address patient concerns to provide exceptional care.
