Business Law Attorney Responsibilities:

- Consult with prospective clients and lead them through the firm's Business Law process.

- Provide expert legal advice and deliver superior results.

- Assist clients with all aspects of their business, from planning and formation to transfer or dissolution.

- Negotiate and draft commercial leases, draft demand letters and handle evictions.

- Draft statutory documents and handle conflicts among business owners.

- Assist with management issues and strategies.

- Engage in matter management to ensure all cases move forward in a timely manner.

Business Law Attorney Requirements:

- At least 3-5 years of prior business law experience.

- Admitted to practice law in North Carolina.

- Detail-oriented with excellent organization skills, including the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks with little to no supervision.

- Team player, committed to working with colleagues and clients.
