Serve beverages to guests in a quick, efficient and courteous manner; perform side work to maintain cleanliness and stock supplies in assigned work areas. Must be 21 years of age to fulfill job requirements

Job Description

The Bartender position is responsible for providing superior service to both the internal and external customer. The position is also responsible for providing beverage service to Belterra Casino Resort guests and cocktail servers while providing excellent customer relations.

The Bartender

Perform routine maintenance and repair on gaming machines, equipment, and hardware under supervision and continued on-the-job training. Perform common floor calls without supervision and works towards competency and proficiency.

• Perform immediate, periodic, and overhaul maintenance on gaming machines, equipment, and hardware.

Job Description

Responsible for the heavy-duty cleaning/sanitation of kitchen equipment including stoves, hoods, ovens and appliances. Sanitation of stoves/ovens, grills, hoods and steam tables using various body movements—including standing, reaching, climbing and stooping for periods of time. Change oil in deep fryer—lift fryer and drain oil, either by lifting the fryer bucket and/or releasing the drain lever on the bigger units. Clean fryer using scouring pad in a circular motion, replace oil.

Job Description

Provide direct and general supervision to culinary team in assigned shift to ensure quality food preparation and guest satisfaction while supporting the company’s vision, mission, and values. The Sous Chef must have the ability to effectively interact and communicate with guests and team members. • Monitor and advise on storage of food items to ensure quality of food and compliance with health requirements.

• Assistant Restaurant Chef with writing and cost-control of recipes, as well as developing a collection of recipes in a recipe book.
• Oversight of monitoring staff adherence to health department regulations regarding food handling, storage, temperature, and cleanliness of work; control cleanliness and maintenance of assigned area; review any health department issues with Management team and Restaurant Chef to correct any problems.
• Assist Restaurant Chef in developing and implementing policies, procedures and rules including operations manuals, to promote compliance with company and regulatory guidelines.
• Responsible for scheduling of Lead Cooks, Cooks, and Assistant Cooks.
• Collaborate with Assistant General Manager, General Manager, and Restaurant Chef to ensure communication between the front and back of house is seamless while taking ownership of all assigned areas.
• Responsible for multiple guest service aspects, including but not limited to table touches, nightly special postings, menu changes, and Front-of-House/Back-of-House communication.

Job Description

The EVS Attendant will maintain the cleanliness and safety of an assigned area throughout a shift. The EVS Attendant will implement the highest degree of professionalism in EVS and adhere to policies, procedures, and guidelines set by the EVS Manager.

• The EVS Attendant will insure that every guest is offered a warm personalized guest experience.
• Sweep all paper and other trash in an assigned area and dump trash in proper location.

• Empty and clean all ashtrays in assigned area.
• The EVS Attendant will use proper safety and care with equipment and tasks for your own safety as well as the guests and fellow team members.
• Sweep and or mop floors in designated or assigned areas.
• The EVS Attendant will clean and restock restrooms as volume dictates.
• Detail cleaning of restrooms or other assigned areas.
• Chemical use is a necessity. Chemicals include: citrus cleaner, glass cleaner, wood polish, wax, etc.
• Communication skills are required due to direct guest contact.
• Other projects or duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager.
• The EVS Attendant will attend shift and departmental meetings.
• Follow Company and departmental policies and procedures.
• The EVS Attendant will follow established key, radio, and chemical procedures.

• Six (6) months prior experience preferred.
