We’re Hiring Regional Managers – Dental Operations (Northern NJ)

We’re looking for experienced Dental Regional Managers to oversee and grow multiple practices across Northern New Jersey.

If you have a strong background in multi-location dental operations, know how to drive production and build strong teams, and want to be part of a rapidly growing organization, this is an opportunity to make a real impact.

• Lead operations across multiple dental offices

• Partner with Office Managers and clinical teams to increase production and efficiency

• Monitor key KPIs (production, collections, scheduling, case acceptance)

• Implement systems and operational best practices across locations

• Recruit, coach, and develop strong office leadership teams

• Help scale a growing dental organization

• 5+ years in dental operations leadership
• Multi-location management experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of dental KPIs, scheduling, and revenue cycle performance
• Experience with dental practice management systems (Denticon a plus)
• Ability to travel between offices in New Jersey
