What you’ll do:
- Work directly with other experienced personal injury attorneys
- Manage an assigned case load from inception to case conclusion
- Develop and implement litigation strategy
- Review and approve pleadings, discovery, motion practice, settlement agreements and other hands-on drafting related to the firm’s practice
- Work directly with firm senior management team and firm clients to lead matters to positive resolution
- Use focus groups to improve outcomes
- Negotiate settlements
- Complete depositions
- Conduct Jury trials
- Attend legal education courses to develop elite litigation skills

Compensation
Compensation is negotiable, and consistent with level of experience and qualifications, with bonus opportunities.

- Oversee all Latex Line manufacturing operations from raw material handling to finished product output.

Qualifications & Skills (Required):
