Who you are:

Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and education.

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Vice President of Construction to lead the planning and execution of hyperscale and colocation data center developments across multiple sites.
This role will oversee the full construction lifecycle - from early site strategy and preconstruction through general contractor management, commissioning, and final delivery. You will play a critical role ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and aligned with the technical and operational requirements of mission-critical infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end construction delivery across multiple active and planned data center developments
• Manage hyperscale construction programs from preconstruction through commissioning and turnover
• Oversee general contractors, subcontractors, and owner-representative teams across multiple projects
• Drive schedule, cost control, and risk management for complex, mission-critical builds
• Partner with development, design, and operations teams to align scope, schedule, and budgets
• Lead procurement strategy and coordinate supply chain for critical equipment and long-lead materials
• Establish consistent construction processes, reporting standards, and forecasting across projects
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance standards are upheld across all sites
• Mentor and develop a high-performing project management and construction team
• Represent the organization in executive-level meetings with hyperscale customers, investors, and internal stakeholders
Qualifications
• 12–15+ years of experience in large-scale construction management
• 5+ years of data center or mission-critical construction experience
• Proven experience working for or managing General Contractors on complex infrastructure builds
• Strong technical understanding of MEP, civil, structural, and architectural systems for data centers
• Experience delivering hyperscale or large colocation facilities
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
• Expertise in project controls, budgeting, scheduling (Primavera P6), and contract management
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Responsible for generating meaningful reporting and analytics and effectively communicating those findings across all levels of the organization to drive strong financial decision making. Key areas include preparing periodic reporting and communicating performance, executing recurring planning processes, maintaining, creating and improving reports, interacting with various functional business partners, and proficiency with corporate financial systems.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain P&L reporting and variance analysis to functional business partners and Finance leadership team, driving continuous improvement in forecasting and reporting.
