Job Summary
The Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) provides clinical and administrative support in an ambulatory care setting under the supervision of a licensed medical practitioner. This role supports patient care delivery and ensures efficient office operations.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Duties
- Prepare exam and treatment rooms, supplies, and instruments
- Prepare patients for examinations and assist providers
- Obtain and document vital signs and patient history in EMR
- Perform EKG, PFT, audiometry, Titmus testing (after competency validation)
- Perform UDS, BAT, phlebotomy, and other lab testing (after competency validation)
- Assist with minor procedures and treatments
- Conduct medication reconciliation
- Screen and follow up on test results
- Provide patient education on health maintenance and disease prevention

The Director of Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) is a senior leadership role responsible for aligning demand, supply, inventory, and the corresponding financial plan across the organization. This role bridges Commercial and Operations, translating market intelligence into executable production and purchasing plans that ensure superior customer service, optimized inventory investment, and achievement of financial objectives.
As a member of the leadership team, this individual provides forward-looking visibility into revenue, supply capability, capacity constraints, and inventory risk. The Director owns the integrity, execution, and continuous improvement of the S&OP process while collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain.

Position Description :
S&OP Strategy & Executive Leadership:
- Develop and lead the company's S&OP strategy, aligning demand, supply, and financial objectives.
- Own and facilitate the monthly S&OP cycle, including Demand Review, Supply Review, and Executive Consensus.
- Provide leadership-level visibility to risks and opportunities related to service, inventory, capacity, margin, and revenue.
- Present forward-looking business insights at leadership and corporate review meetings.
- Translate unit forecasts into revenue and income projections to support annual budgeting and rolling financial planning in partnership with Finance.

The Department of Dentistry at Jersey Shore University Medical Center (JSUMC) is seeking a full-time Chair of the Department of Dentistry and General Residency Program Director(GPR). The successful candidate will administer the residency program, actively participate in the Medical and Dental Staff, and serve as a supervising dentist, engaging in clinical practice for no less than half a day per week.
Program Details:
The General Practice Residency Program in Dentistry at JSUMC is a one-year training program admitting 5 residents annually. The patients seen in our clinic offer a wide range of clinical experiences.
