JOB SPECIFICS:
- Autonomous Practice Design: Whether you’re interested in a balanced mix of adult and general pediatric ENT or focusing on a specific subspecialty within the full spectrum of Otolaryngology and Head & Neck Surgery, we will tailor your practice to your strengths and passions.

- Full time, clinical base salary pay range for this position: $485,000-$600,000.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Physician eligible to obtain Illinois medical license.
- Licensed by the Federal Drug Enforcement Administration and the State of Illinois to prescribe narcotics, if applicable.
- Board certified or board eligible in Otolaryngology. Obtain and maintain medical staff membership and appropriate privileges.
- Must be eligible as a provider for Medicare, Medicaid, and other federal health programs.
- Physician shall meet all qualifications to participate in OSF's programs for professional malpractice and other liability coverage.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Skilled ear surgeon with fellowship training in Otology
