Position Summary
We’re looking for a Product Delivery Lead to help our product teams stay organized, aligned, and unblocked so they can deliver meaningful customer and business outcomes. This person is a partner to Product Development, DCX, Data Labs, and Engineering with a focus on improving team flow, clarity, and execution. You'll bring strong project management skills, enabling the team to make smart decisions and deliver consistently.

Knowledge and Skills

Minimum Qualifications
- 3+ years enabling delivery for software teams within a product organization (delivery, project/program management, product operations, or similar roles)
- Strong understanding of modern product delivery practices (Agile/Lean principles, iterative development, incremental releases)
- Proven ability to manage dependencies, risks, and stakeholder communication in a fast-moving, evolving environment
- Excellent facilitation skills to be able to lead meetings that drive clarity, alignment, and decisions
- Comfort working in ambiguity and helping teams create structure without introducing unnecessary bureaucracy
- Experience using tools such as Asana (or similar platforms) to improve visibility, alignment, and flow
Preferred Qualifications

Education and Experience

Our General Offices serve as crucial hubs for our insurance agents and advisors throughout the country, providing them with support in various aspects of their business. We are seeking a motivated and efficient Operations Specialist to support the daily operations in one of our General Offices. This role resides within our Service organization and is the first point of contact for agents and clients. In addition, they provide dedicated support to the local Managing Partner, handling administrative and operational responsibilities to streamline processes for Agency stakeholders. The role requires strong relationship-building skills, organizational abilities, effective communication, as well as a proactive approach to problem-solving, ensuring the smooth functioning of the organization.
What You'll Do
• Provide administrative and operational support to the Managing Partner and management team

We are looking for skilled Welders and/or Fitters (knowledge of both is a plus) to cut and join metals and other materials at our Spokane, WA facility.
Essential Job Functions
1. Perform FCAW (2G) welding. Be able to pass 2G test in FCAW on 1\" thick coupon.
2. Operate air arc to remove steel (back gouging).
3. Grind with 90 angle grinder.
5. Read weld symbols and check weld size using weld fillet gauges.
6. Heat material to required temperature using temperature sticks and heating torch/cutting torch.
(read and follow pre-heart & interpass temperature tables.)
7. Set machines according to procedure charts.
8. Use air chipper to chip of slag.
9. Use natural gas propane heaters to pre-heat steel.
10. Operate stud welder.
11. Follow weld procedures as it applies to volts, amps & wire feed speed.
12. Heat, straighten and be able to know when to use pre-heat to offset distortion.
14. Perform other duties as required by management.
Shift Times:
Monday-Thursday: 5:00am-3:30pm
Friday: 5:00am-1:30pm
Qualifications and Requirements
Required: Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. over shoulder height. Be able to read blueprints. FCAW (2G). Be able to read weld symbols
and be familiar with weld procedures. Must be familiar with WP1 (manual shielded metal arc welding of carbon steel) and WP2 (Flux cored are welding of carbon steel) and WP3 (Flux cored arc welding with gas shielding of carbon steel).
Preferred: Two or more years' experience in manufacturing in the steel fabrication industry. Proficiency and use of Software, equipment, machines, tools, electronic device necessary for
