We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Receivable Associate to provide back-office support to our clients. This role is responsible for posting daily cash receipts, ensuring accuracy across all invoices, and identifying potential fraud through verification processes. Key Responsibilities:


  • Accurately post all incoming cash to the correct client accounts and invoices based on remittances provided.
  • Ensure all cash is processed and posted within the same business day.
  • Verify that all invoices have appropriate backup documentation and seek clarification on any discrepancies.
  • Follow up with internal teams to resolve missing or incorrect information.
  • Research, reconcile, and analyze all data received to ensure financial accuracy and compliance with company standards.
  • Maintain consistency and accuracy in accounting and financial transactions, adhering to internal controls and policies.
  • Monitor for and help identify potential fraudulent activity during verification processes.


Skill Requirements


  • Minimum 2 years of Accounts Receivable experience (high-volume cash application experience preferred).

SUMMARY: Provide engineering duties as assigned by Plant Engineer and/or Plant Manager. Responsible for overseeing new equipment installations as well as modifications to existing equipment as assigned by Plant Engineer. Maintain PLC, HMI, and Drive programming software. Provide detail drawings of parts that need to be manufactured in our shop or by an outside machine shop. Oversee plant engineering duties in the Plant Engineer's absence. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:

  • Providing detail drawings.
  • Active in troubleshooting electrical, electronic, and mechanical problems in a manufacturing environment.

  • Well versed in digital and analog AC/DC drive design, programming and installation.

Directly supervises employees in the Maintenance Department in the absence of the Maintenance Manager. SUMMARY: A program designed to train a skilled worker through a combination of on-the-job training and classroom instruction to become a Maintenance Technician at American Packaging Corporation. Maintenance Technicians are responsible for electrical and mechanical systems in the facility, which will include troubleshooting and routine maintenance activities. Throughout this program, they will learn to troubleshoot and repair equipment problems that affect productivity of the manufacturing group as well as plant facilities and subsystems. They will learn to be involved with the process improvements providing input in production problem solving.


Approval Process: Applicants will be interviewed and chosen based on their experience, knowledge, and overall work history. The chosen finalists will be required to take and pass an aptitude test.

Learn to locate and repair direct current motor troubles in fields, armatures, bearings, brush holders, and commutators. Knowledge of variable speed DC drives. Repair and maintenance of DC contactors and field control.


F. General Wiring (~500 hrs)

Learn proper handling and installation of power feeding, wiring, fuse panels, breakers, etc. Estimate load requirements. Code requirements. Install general wiring.


G. Instruments (~100 hrs)

Learn proper use and care of voltmeter, ammeter, watt meter, oscilloscope and megger, etc.


H. Computerized Controls (~600 hrs)

Programmable logic controllers: reading diagrams and schematics; maintaining and troubleshooting.


I. Care, Use and Safety of Tools and Equipment (~500 hrs)

Hand tools, power tools, machines and power equipment, ladders, scaffolding and hoists.


J. Machine Repair (Mechanical) (~1500 hrs)

Assembly and disassembly, bearings, power transmission, construction, rigging, lubrication. Safety.


K. Bench Work and Machinery (~300 hrs)

Lathes, milling machines, grinding machines, drill press, power saw, etc. Safety.


L. Pipefitting (~300 hrs)

Layout, installation, repair, replacement, pumps and compressors, valves and controls. Safety.


M. Welding (~500 hrs)

Protective clothing and equipment, burning and cutting, controls and gauges, electric arc welding, properties of metals. Safety.

Role Overview

The Shift Manager will oversee all warehouse operations on their shift, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment. This individual must be highly organized, strong with numbers and Excel, and comfortable navigating ambiguity while leading a team.

The role reports to the New York Director of Operations and works closely with other hubs, including the Bronx warehouse (CDL driver operations).


Key Responsibilities

• 30+ direct reports, including a supervisor

• Lead and manage shift‑level warehouse and fulfillment operations, including inbound and outbound workflows

• Ensure timely, accurate order fulfillment and maintain SLA compliance

• Track daily volume, throughput, and team performance; coach and develop associates and supervisors

Duties and Responsibilities

Typical assignments include:

Qualifications

You qualify for the GL-5 grade level if you possess one of the following: 

Experience: One (1) year of general work experience that demonstrates the ability to take charge, make sound decisions, and maintain composure in stressful situations; to learn regulations, methods, and techniques through classroom training and/or on-the-job instruction; and the ability to gather concise information through questioning, observation, and examination of documents and records; OR 

Education Substitution: A bachelor's degree or successful completion of a full four-year course of study in any field leading to a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university; OR

Education Substitution for the GL-7 grade level: A bachelor's degree with superior academic achievement, which is based on (1) class standing, (2) grade-point average (i.e., GPA of 3.0 or higher out of a possible 4.0), or (3) honor society membership. Or will receive a bachelor's degree with Superior Academic Achievement. Or one full year of graduate-level education in a field of study related to law enforcement (e.g., criminal justice, homeland security, justice studies, law enforcement, courts and judicial systems, forensic technology, forensic psychology, or corrections and rehabilitation) from an accredited college or university; OR

Responsibilities
Those in the Hospital Corpsman Advanced Technical Field go beyond the duties of basic Hospital Corpsman, working in austere and challenging environments while saving lives. Each of the three classifications has its own responsibilities:
Special Operations Independent Duty Corpsman (SOIDC)
  • Provide advanced medical care and operational services for Marine Reconnaissance, USMC Special Operations Forces and Navy Special Operations Command personnel, like SWCC and SEALs
  • Engage as a team member in direct action, special reconnaissance, foreign internal defense and unconventional warfare

Search and Rescue Medical Technician (SMT)
  • Rescue patients and deliver emergency care from the back of a helicopter
  • Perform aircrew duties and En Route Care (ERC) for routine illness and emergent patients
  • Provide relief and assistance in areas ravaged by catastrophic natural disasters

Work Environment
As a Hospital Corpsman, you have the most diverse range of work environments in the Navy. Your job will likely take you all over the world-and far out of your comfort zone. If you choose to go the Hospital Corpsman Advanced Technical Field route, you will work in extreme and sometimes precarious conditions. From deep-sea diving to combat missions to flying in MH-60 Romeo helicopters, you will train outside the realm of conventional military forces to prepare for any mission. You may work independent of a physician or under supervision in this program.
Training & Advancement
Upon completion of initial training at Recruit Training Command Great Lakes (known as Boot Camp), you'll report for specialized training including:
Hospital Corps A School (19 weeks) in San Antonio, Texas for training on basic principles and techniques of patient care and first aid procedures.
After A School, HM-ATF candidates track to one of three advanced training paths:
  • Special Operations Independent Duty Corpsman Pipeline (121 weeks)
    Areas of training include but are not limited to basic reconnaissance, airborne operations, combatant diving, demolitions, clinical diagnostics, advanced trauma skills, Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), basic surgical anesthesia, basic veterinary medicine and basic dental exams.
  • Search and Rescue Medical Tech Pipeline (27 weeks)
    Areas of training include but are not limited to advanced fluid resuscitation, administration and management of Advanced Life Support medications, use of emergency medical equipment, rescue and recovery devices and patient handling.
  • Medical Deep Sea Diving Tech Pipeline (28 weeks)
    Areas of training include but are not limited to diving physics, scuba and surface-supplied air diving, recognition and treatment of diving related illnesses.
    After completing your pipeline, you'll receive your first assignment. You'll go wherever you're needed, which can be anywhere in the world. Automatic promotion opportunities are available but are competitive and based on completion of pipeline.

    A high-school diploma or equivalent is required to become an Enlisted Sailor. Those seeking a position as a Hospital Corpsman must be U.S. citizens.
    While no college degree is required to apply for a position as a Hospital Corpsman Advanced Technical Field, a high degree of difficulty should be expected. Entry Requirements include:

    • 28 years of age or younger
    • U.S. citizen eligible for security clearance

Job Summary:

General Purpose Ensures internal procedures regarding employee absences including wage continuation and tracking of time off are accurate with all federal/state laws and mandates as well as company standards Provides guidance to managers Safety Representatives and other employees regarding ergonomic safety and workers compensation identifying stay at work/return to work initiatives to maximize productivity.

Responsibilities:


  • Specific Responsibilities Duties are listed based on the estimated % of time Responsibilities Acts as the Ergonomic Specialist for corporate and field locations.
  • Conducts on-site and telephonic assessments of employees' workstations as needed to address discomfort and reduce the risk of injury.
  • Coordinates companywide network of safety representatives including recruitment recognition and creation and implementation of a robust communications strategy.
  • Serves as company champion driving this initiative.
  • Keeps records of ergonomic discomfort and at work injuries to ensure safety/ergonomics issues are addressed to completion and to provide data for Safety Program improvement efforts.
  • Proactively develops and implements strategies and techniques to reduce ergonomic discomfort workers' compensation cases and absenteeism.
  • Enters and maintains accurate LOA data into the appropriate databases to ensure compliance with absence management laws.
  • Coordinates with internal IT Department when needed to restore access for employees who have returned from leave.
  • Generates letters to employees on leave informing them of their rights and responsibilities under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
  • Assists the employee and supervisor in return-to-work placement to support stay at work/return to work initiatives.
  • Initiates ergonomic referrals to accommodate a physical restriction and assist in returning the employee to work.
  • Responds to incoming team emails queue calls voice mails and faxes with first call resolution.
  • Maintains copy of all communications in employee's file.
  • Sends manager surveys to leaders whose employees recently returned to work.
  • Analyzes responses to provide recommendations.
  • Contacts managers who request follow up call.
  • Provides guidance and procedural practices to internal and external partners to collaborate and assist in the daily operations of the LOA department including statutory state wage confirmation requests and all other leave and wage verification requests.
  • Assists in the development of reports and tools to partner with Benefits and HR partners to make decisions concerning employment status and program enhancements.
  • Initiates test plan as needed for Oracle HRIS system updates.
  • Utilizes various Business Objects reports to identify necessary updates and coordinate reporting changes with the HR systems support group.
  • Submits weekly membership file/eligibility lists to disability vendor and ensures the accuracy of the reports that are used as the basis for wage replacement to employees on LOA.
  • Keeps abreast of legislative changes and industry trends in the disability and leave management administration.
  • Maintains Absence Management employee and supervisor communications resource tools and check lists which include but are not limited to template letters and the company intranet.
  • Oversees Driver Safety Program and other health and safety initiatives.
  • Works cross-functionally within wellness and safety team including implementation of programs and events and processing of workers compensation claims.
