- Image-guided core biopsies and chest tube placements
- Light IR procedures including thoracentesis and paracentesis

- Schedule: Flexible, shift-based (day, evening, overnight, weekends)

Job Details
Title: Bioanalytical Scientist
Location: Indianapolis, IN 46214
Shift: Day Shift
Working hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Monday – Friday)
Pay Range / Salary Range: $35 to $44/hr.

Responsibilities
Plan, design, and lead complex method development and feasibility studies.
Develop and implement new bioanalytical techniques and instrumentation.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex analytical challenges.
Conduct research and interpret scientific data with accuracy.
Develop, validate, and monitor assay performance.
Author scientific reports, publications, and present findings at meetings.
Mentor team members and provide technical guidance.
Contribute to departmental strategy and long-term scientific planning.
Required Knowledge
Strong experience in bioanalytical chemistry
Expertise in method development and validation
Hands-on experience with analytical instruments such as HPLC, GC, and LC/MS/MS
Experience with large molecules, oligonucleotides, and ADC analysis (highly preferred)
Strong data analysis, interpretation, and scientific writing skills
Education
PhD in Analytical Chemistry or related field with 1–2 years of experience
OR Master's degree with 3–5 years of relevant experience
OR Bachelor's degree with significant hands-on experience
Work Experience
Experience in bioanalytical chemistry required
Proven track record of analytical method development
Experience in conducting research, data interpretation, and report writing
Special Requirements
Highly analytical and detail-oriented professionals
Ability to work independently and lead scientific initiatives
Strong problem-solving and communication skills

The Client is a multidisciplinary engineering, environmental, and planning organization delivering infrastructure and community development projects across North America. With a growing team of 450+ professionals, the Client provides innovative transportation, environmental, and civil engineering solutions. The Transportation Planning & Design team focuses on developing roadway systems and infrastructure that enhance connectivity while supporting sustainable development.
POSITION OVERVIEW
The Transportation Road Engineer will support roadway design and transportation infrastructure projects across Ohio. This role involves planning, design, and execution of roadway projects for state, municipal, and county clients. Working within a collaborative, multidisciplinary team, the engineer will contribute to delivering high-quality roadway solutions that meet regulatory standards, client expectations, and community needs. This position combines technical design, project coordination, and client interaction.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Transportation Engineering & Roadway Design
- Design roadway infrastructure projects including highways, streets, and intersections
- Conduct site assessments and data collection for planning and design
- Prepare engineering plans, specifications, and cost estimates
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
- Perform roadway engineering analysis and support project planning
Project Coordination & Delivery
- Manage project timelines, schedules, and deliverables
- Coordinate with internal teams across civil, environmental, and planning disciplines
- Support delivery of multidisciplinary infrastructure projects
- Perform additional engineering duties as needed
Quality Assurance & Review
- Conduct QA/QC reviews of roadway design work
- Ensure designs meet safety, quality, and compliance standards
- Maintain accurate documentation and engineering records
Client & Stakeholder Collaboration
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Coordinate with public agencies, municipalities, and county stakeholders
- Participate in project meetings and stakeholder discussions
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
- 5–10 years of experience in transportation engineering
- Experience working on transportation projects for:
- State DOT agencies
- Municipalities
- County agencies
- Proficiency in MicroStation and OpenRoads
- Strong understanding of roadway design standards and engineering principles
- Ability to collaborate effectively in multidisciplinary teams
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) license
- Experience with public-sector transportation clients
- Experience performing roadway design QA/QC reviews
