Description Job Summary ACGME Each program requires a lead administrative person frequently referred to as a program coordinator, administrator or as titled by the institution.
This person manages the day-to-day operations of the program and serves as an important liaison with learners, faculty and other staff members, and the ACGME.
The program coordinator is a member of the leadership team and is critical to the success of the program.
This is made possible by the generosity of Milton and Catherine Hershey, who established the school in 1909 and ensured it was fully endowed.
Thanks to their foresight and generosity, the school has over 12,000 graduates and continues to expand to serve more students.
MHS is hiring married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents.
In this unique and life-changing career, couples reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students living in the home.
Flex Houseparents play a vital role in creating a structured, family-like environment that fosters students’ academic, emotional, and social development so they can reach their full potential.Responsibilities include:Providing daily supervision and mentorshipManaging household routines and student schedulesAdministering medications and ensuring student wellnessDriving students to activities, as well as planning and actively engaging in developmental and recreational activities with studentsLeading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday ChapelOverseeing budgeting and household reportingUpon hire, Flex Houseparents initially support various student homes and follow a working schedule of nine consecutive days on duty, followed by three days off.On weekdays, houseparents have unscheduled time while students are in school.
Flex Houseparents eventually transition into a Placed Houseparent role, where they live and work with the same group of students in their own student home.

Estimator / Project Manager
Location: Southaven, MS | On-site
Employment Type: Full-Time
We are seeking a confident and results-driven Estimator / Project Manager to oversee the full preconstruction lifecycle of projects in a hands-on, fast-paced environment. This role works closely with leadership to deliver accurate estimates, proposals, and contracts on time, requiring someone who can communicate clearly, take ownership, and make decisions confidently from day one.
This is a high-responsibility role offering long-term stability, respect, and the opportunity to grow within a team-oriented organization.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full estimating and preconstruction lifecycle
- Define project scopes and contract requirements
- Analyze plans, specifications, and project documentation to develop accurate cost estimates
- Perform line-item estimating and detailed cost breakdowns
- Research, source, negotiate, and secure pricing from suppliers and subcontractors
- Develop proposals and bid packages for bonded and government-funded projects
- Evaluate financial, technical, and operational risks
- Assess cost-impacting factors such as labor productivity and material availability
- Participate in go/no-go bid decisions
- Visit project sites as needed to gather field information
- Stay current on construction methods, technology, and regulatory requirements
- Maintain detailed records and prepare reports
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders
- Foster strong, long-term relationships with clients

Day to Day:
- Lead technical efforts supporting the launch of a new electric Power Take-Off (ePTO) product.
- Develop a deep understanding of the overall ePTO system, including electrical, mechanical, and control components, and how they interact.
- Program, configure, and validate the ePTO controller to ensure proper system performance across applications.
- Analyze and manage system dynamics between product subsystems to optimize functionality, efficiency, and reliability.
- Support integration of the ePTO system with customer vehicles, ensuring compatibility with vehicle architectures and operating requirements.
- Collaborate with customers and internal teams to understand application needs, particularly within the industrial work truck market.
- Assist with troubleshooting, validation, and refinement of system performance during development, testing, and early production phases.
- Provide technical support and documentation related to system configuration, integration, and operation.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for filling truck carrier orders with accuracy and speed.
- Process pick ticket orders being shipped via truck carrier
- Accurately scan product out of location using a RF scanner
- Check product being picked against sales order to avoid errors
- Notify supervisor of orders with discrepancies prior to filling orders
- Maintain weekly productivity standards
- Place picked orders on conveyor for processing by carrier deadlines
- Relocate product in the warehouse as directed
- Assist with month-end physical inventory
- Assist with maintaining Tour-Ready appearance at all times
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- The ability to lift up to 70 pounds is required along with being able to bend, stoop, stand, walk and twist as needed to perform the job.
- The ability to understand basic English.
Education:
High School or better.
Experience:
Minimum 2 years Warehouse Reach Truck Operator experience required along with stocking and RF scanner skills.
