Job Details We are seeking a mid‑level real estate associate to join a sophisticated and collaborative commercial real estate practice.

This role is ideal for an attorney who enjoys hands‑on transactional work and meaningful client interaction.

You will work closely with experienced partners while taking increasing ownership of matters, from deal structuring through closing.

The practice handles a broad range of commercial real estate matters and offers exposure to complex transactions in a team‑oriented environment.

Responsibilities Represent clients in commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and development matters Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, leases, and related transaction documents Manage and coordinate real estate due diligence, including title, survey, and closing matters Assist with and lead closings, ensuring accuracy and efficiency throughout the process Collaborate with attorneys across practices to support client needs Qualifications 3–6 years of experience handling commercial real estate transactions Strong experience with leasing matters, including office, retail, and/or industrial Solid understanding of real estate closing mechanics and due diligence Financing experience is a plus, but not required Excellent drafting, negotiation, and organizational skills Requirements Admission to practice in at least one applicable U.S.
