Assessments may take place mainly in hospitals or nursing facilities, very rarely in the home setting As a Hospice Field Admission Nurse (RN), you will admit eligible patients onto the Hospice program following the appropriate standards of practice established by the National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization (NHPCO).
