_x000D_ DEA license required (or eligible to obtain).
_x000D_ ACLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross is mandatory.
_x000D_ _x000D_ Additional Details: _x000D_ _x000D_ Previous cardiothoracic surgery or cardiac experience is a plus.
_x000D_ Ideal candidates should have some acute care experience .
_x000D_ _x000D_ Your Responsibilities _x000D x000D_As a Physician Assistant Cardiothoracic , your responsibilities will include:_x000D x000D_ Patient Care: _x000D_ _x000D_ Overseeing care for patients in the Cardiac Surgery ICU , handling a range of cases from CABG and valve replacement to ECMO, aortic dissections, and aneurysm repairs.
_x000D_ Performing bedside procedures within your scope of service.
_x000D_ _x000D_ Documentation and Collaboration: _x000D_ _x000D_ Writing progress notes , participating in daily rounds, writing orders, dictating discharge notes, and contributing to hospital-wide quality improvement initiatives.
_x000D_ Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care.
_x000D_ _x000D_ Work Schedule _x000D x000D_You'll work on a 7 on
- 7 off shift schedule from 7 pm
- 7 am, with 12-hour shifts.
