The Sales and Customer Service Specialist located in Mayfield serves as a primary point of contact for clients, combining proactive sales expertise with top-tier customer service. This role is responsible for identifying client needs, presenting product or service solutions, and ensuring a seamless client experience from initial inquiry through post-sale support.

Responsibilities:

• Perform sales administration tasks, including maintaining accurate records of customer transactions, preparing reports, and supporting the sales team in day-to-day operations.
• Deliver excellent customer service by responding promptly to client inquiries and providing knowledgeable assistance both before and after sales.
• Prepare and send customer quotes accurately, ensuring all proposals align with company pricing and guidelines.
• Conduct diligent sales follow-up with clients via phone, email, and other channels to nurture relationships and close sales opportunities.
• Travel to trade shows and association meetings as needed to represent the company, build industry connections, and support business development efforts.

Qualifications:

Radiologic Technologist – Outpatient Orthopedics Office – Latham, NY - Per Diem

What you will do:

The Radiologic Technologist is responsible to perform diagnostic radiographic, X-Ray examinations in accordance with departmental standards.  The incumbent interacts with physicians, staff and others in the efficient and service oriented operation and performs all job functions in a courteous and professional manner consistent with our mission and goals.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnostic imaging
• Operate and adjust imaging equipment
• Explain procedure to patient, position patient and equipment

What you will need:

• AAS Degree in Radiologic Technology or Equivalent
• Current ARRT registration and NYS license required or Eligible
• Minimum 1 year experience
• CPR Certification

Pay Range: $28.80 - $42.80

Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.

Position Purpose

Involves technical work in the operation of diagnostic radiographs and fluoroscopic equipment. The purpose is delivery of quality care commensurate with the age of the patient population for the designated area.

Minimum Qualifications:                                                       

• HS/equivalent graduate required.

• Successful graduate from an AMA approved Radiology program

• Registered by ARRT or acquired within 1yr

• BLS required
