We want your internship to be educational, meaningful, and exciting! As an intern, you will gain a better understanding of the roles in your department and be well prepared for work in the financial industry in the future.
You will also have opportunities to work with GreenState members, other departments, and staff.
The HR Intern will focus on several areas during the internship program including: General management/team support and project work focused on performance management, talent acquisition, and compensation and benefits.
This is a paid, on-site internship lasting 12 weeks, with an hourly wage of $15hr.
The program runs from May 19th through August 7th.
We will start outreach to internship candidates in January 2026.

The Retirement Plan Services Consultant is the responsible for managing client relationships, including employee education, and promoting trust and retirement plan services to new and existing customers.
As a Retirement Plan Services Consultant, you will:
- Manage assigned client relationships and maintain contact with existing customers to ensure high quality service delivery and to develop additional business.
- Develop new retirement plan services and trust business.

The Mortgage Investor Reporting Specialist will be responsible for the daily and/or monthly reporting, remitting, and reconciling of mortgage loan activity for mortgage loan portfolios, including those sold to Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and Federal Home Loan Bank.
As a Mortgage Investor Reporting Specialist, you will:
- Monitor and maintain investor reporting and remittance deadlines established by each investor.

Schedule - We are looking for someone who can work a rotating schedule. The rotating schedule starts as early as 6:15am and goes as late as 6:00pm. These are 8 hours shifts that change weekly.
