About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented CAD Drafter to support our engineering and manufacturing teams by producing accurate technical drawings for fabrication and assembly. This role focuses on translating engineer-provided designs, sketches, and specifications into clear, production-ready drawings used on the shop floor.
This is an ideal role for early-career drafters or technically minded professionals looking to grow in an industrial manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Drafting & Documentation
- Create and revise 2D and basic 3D CAD drawings for mechanical components, assemblies, and layouts
- Convert redlines, sketches, and engineer markups into accurate CAD drawings
- Maintain drawing accuracy, dimensions, tolerances, and bill of material references
- Update existing drawings based on engineering changes or manufacturing feedback
Engineering Support
- Work closely with engineers, designers, and manufacturing teams to ensure drawings meet production needs
- Assist with drawing organization, revision control, and file management
- Help prepare documentation packages for fabrication, welding, machining, or assembly
Quality & Standards
- Follow internal drafting standards, title blocks, and naming conventions
- Ensure drawings comply with basic GD&T, ANSI, and company design standards
- Support quality checks by correcting drawing errors and inconsistencies
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of CAD drafting experience or relevant technical education/training
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or SolidWorks (2D required, 3D preferred)
- Ability to read and interpret basic engineering drawings and specifications
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting fabrication, welding, machining, or industrial manufacturing
- Familiarity with:
- Basic GD&T
- Bill of Materials (BOMs)
- Revision control and drawing change processes
- Associate degree, technical certificate, or coursework in drafting, engineering, or CAD design

Summary:
Responsible for the proper maintenance and sanitization of all silos, milk lines, cream lines, blend lines, whey lines, separators and cream tanks.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned
- Manually disassembles and cleans samplers, activators and valves.
- Checks and replaces worn gaskets and o-rings.
- Replaces QMI samplers when needed, not less than once per week.
- Ensures silo's are inspected and initialed before reassembling. Check titrations document.
- Empties and washes silos every 72 hours.
- Cleans whey separators with a wash daily.
- Assures whey and cream samples are at the laboratory as scheduled every two hours.
- Cleans all milk, cream, whey, and blend lines at the end of each day.
- Checks with Supervisor for silo rotation for pasteurization.
- Maintains tank room ensuring cleanliness. Hoses rolled up, sanitizes pipes and ports capped.

The Sr. Process RSPC, Cheese & Powder Project Manager is responsible for managing and leading projects related to the RSPC's areas and the process manufacturing of our cheeses and powder products, from design to full implementation and support the plant production and quality operations. Key responsibilities for this position include:
- Provide support on daily tasks in line with department objectives that may include setting up employee interviews, processing employee changes, terminations, and various HR projects
- Actively work and communicate with other business and functional units to assist with their human resources needs
- Schedule interviews and for new hires and managers
- Set up orientations and assist in onboarding materials and process
- Work closely with schools and student groups to identify candidates
- Manage, recruit, and pre-screen domestic and international candidates
- Manage exit interviews for interns
- Accept receptionist responsibilities and direct phone calls to proper individuals as well as create manuals and handbooks
- Provide support to the HR team on other various tasks
- Provide support for overall intern program at Lactalis USA

Lactalis USA, part of the Lactalis family of companies, is currently hiring a Supervisor/Maintenance based in Buffalo, New York.Shifts available: 1st, 2nd or 3rdSummary: Responsible for daily Production & Packaging Maintenance functions in support of the Plant including coordination and activities of all mechanics. This includes, but is not limited to, production/packaging areas and related equipment, warehouse areas, office areas, and grounds.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned:
1. Familiar with the manufacturing operation, equipment and support systems of the company and will set up
systems to respond to maintenance concerns regarding them.
2. Cooperate with other management personnel in formulating and establishing company policies, operating procedures, and goals.
3. Reviews technical problems and procedures of departments and recommends solutions to problems or changes in procedures.
4. Responsible for setting up and managing systems for preventative maintenance for the manufacturing
operation.
5. Recruits and develops staff to provide the necessary skills to support the maintenance responsibilities for
the plant.
6. Continues to access skill levels and recommends developmental activities as appropriate.
7. Assesses systems for re-engineering or troubleshooting at both hands-on levels and engineering levels.
8. Participates actively as a member of plant management team. Provides necessary support for the other plant functions/activities as determined by the Assistant Maintenance Manager.
9. Continually evaluates the capabilities of the packaging & production Maintenance department relating to equipment, tools and other items necessary to provide a satisfactory level of service to the plant.
10. Recommend upgrades as appropriate.
11. Exercises project management responsibilities including coordination of contractor activities, communication to/among participants, budgeting and reporting if project has been delegated to them.
12. Continually analyzes spending with the Maintenance Manager/Plant Engineer. Ensure proper documentation is provided for justification.
13. Promotes employee relations within the department.
14. Proactively communicates and responds to employee questions and concerns.
15. Develop a variety of systems and methods to measure effectiveness of effort.
16. Continuously seeks new ways of improving performance and controlling costs.
17. Reports problems and/or concerns to the Assistant Maintenance Manager, Maintenance Manager, and/or Plant Engineer.
18. Plans and schedules manpower consistent with production requirements. Continuously evaluates manpower to attempt to reduce labor costs.
Requirements
Qualifications:
* Technical degree in Technical/Engineering discipline preferred.
* Dairy or other food related experience preferred.
* Attention to detail and accuracy in work required.
* Personal qualities of tact, dependability, and ability to work well with others required.
* Strong communication abilities, written and verbal.
* Knowledge of computer software.
* Ability to administrate Maintenance Department projects and run projects effectively with attention to budget and scope as assigned by Maintenance Management.
* Ability to assist Maintenance Manager/Assistant Manager in adherence to department budget issues.
Education and/or Experience:
* High School Diploma/GED required.
* Technical degree in Technical/Engineering discipline preferred.

As a Customer Service Representative, the role will carry out responsibilities such as but not limited to planning, organizing, coordinating and executing activities related to Order Processing and Order Management for assigned Lactalis American Group Customers. This involves working with Customers and Brokers, Commercial, Product Managers, Central and Production Planners, Distribution/Logistics, Finance, government regulating agencies, as well as other internal departments and outside services.

- Develop a strong base of knowledge regarding products, services and capabilities to be used on a day-to-day basis in managing Customer orders in line with vendor order management as outlined by each individual customer requirement.
- Process and maintain both domestic and export orders to ensure compliance to overall Company regulations as well as various country specific requirements.
- Work closely with cross-functional company personnel to help ensure that the company provides a superior level of customer service, and solve any problems in a timely manner.
- Support Customers, Brokers and other cross-functional departments by serving as an internal point of contact to provide requested information; facilitate the coordination between Quality Assurance, Marketing, Logistics, Central Planning, Purchasing, Pricing Administration, and other departments as required.
- Monitor order pricing and adhere to weekly and/or contracted Customer pricing.
- Customer knowledge expert using/generating/distributing reports, using business intelligence software, customer relationship management software and effective verbal and electronic communications.
- Report issues of critical concern that may affect Customer Service to the Supervisor, Manager and/or Director.
- Act as a backup to other Customer Service staff to cover vacations, personal time, etc.
- Assist Sales with market research studies and new item creations (Manila Process).
- Provide support on other projects as needed and accomplish tasks as appropriately assigned or requested.
