Gestational Carrier Requirements

To ensure a safe and successful journey for both carrier and baby, applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Between 21–39 years old
• U.S. citizen living in a surrogate-friendly state
• Have delivered at least one child and are currently parenting
• No more than two (2) C-sections
• Not receiving government or public assistance (including Medicaid, WIC, SNAP/Food Stamps, or state-funded health insurance)
• No history of pregnancy complications (including gestational diabetes, pre-eclampsia, or pre-term labor)
• No history of schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, or major depressive disorder
• Not currently taking medications unsafe for pregnancy (including certain mental health medications)
• Able to travel for medical screening, monitoring, and embryo transfer appointments
• Live a healthy lifestyle free of illicit or recreational drug use
• Have a stable home environment and strong support system

All qualifications will be reviewed in detail during your initial consultation.

Compensation & Benefits

We recognize the commitment, time, and care involved in being a gestational carrier. Compensation includes:

Base Compensation

• $60,000 – $70,000
  (First-time carrier to experienced carrier)

Additional Benefits

• $250 monthly expense allowance
• $500 maternity clothing allowance
• $10,500 for multiple birth
• Up to $10,000 for loss of organs (per contract terms)
• Lost wages (carrier and spouse, if applicable — based on employment verification)
• Travel reimbursement 
• $200 per week for housekeeping (if medically necessary)
• $20 per hour for childcare (if medically necessary)

All medical expenses, legal representation, and services related to the surrogacy journey are covered.

Caregiver/Home Health Aide (HHA)

As members of the interdisciplinary team who provide hands-on personal care, report changes in the client’s condition, perform simple procedures as an extension of therapy or nursing services, and provide incidental/instrumental activities of daily living to clients in the home setting as evaluated/delegated and as permitted by the policies and procedures of Interim HealthCare and any other federal, state, and local law or regulations.

Full time, part time and PRN openings (does vary by location). You pick your schedule!

Job Duties for Caregivers/Home Health Aides:

• Provide the personal care and support seniors need to live safely at home

• Provide medication reminders, document their condition and notify a supervisor of any concerns

About the Role: As a Member of our Press Team, you'll be the expert on our press operations, ensuring smooth and efficient production. What You'll Do:

• Master Press Operations: Run all presses and support equipment with proficiency, and step in as a fill-in operator when needed.
• Optimize Die Set-Up: Reduce downtime through efficient die set-up and changeover processes using MTPS principles.
• Standardize Work: Develop, maintain, and improve Standardized Work Instructions for die set-up and changeover.
• Troubleshoot and Repair: Diagnose and resolve die issues in presses and on the production floor, implementing both temporary and permanent fixes.
• Electrical and Programming Expertise: Program and troubleshoot electrical servo systems and Smart Pacs.
• Maintain a Safe Environment: Adhere to all health and safety standards, and proactively identify and address potential hazards.
• Support Production: Assist with staging dies, provide technical support, and train operators on proper procedures.
• Drive Continuous Improvement: Contribute to process improvements, waste reduction activities, and quality enhancements.
• Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members, coach new operators, and assist with various production tasks as needed.
• Inventory Management: Perform daily end-of-shift inventories of tools and supplies.

Day & Night Shift Production Supervisors - Melt, Casting, and Mold Maintenance

Day Shift: 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Night Shift: 6:00 PM to 6:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Assist the Plant Manager in supervising Team Leaders and production personnel across Melt, Mold Maintenance, and Casting Deck departments
• Support daily operations to ensure production goals for quantity, quality, and cost efficiency are achieved
• Conduct daily safety spot checks and ensure adherence to all safety standards and policies
• Monitor production performance, quality, and yield, reporting key metrics to leadership
• Step in to support managerial responsibilities when leadership is unavailable
• Provide coaching, training, and development for manufacturing team members
• Ensure employees are trained and retrained according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Document employee performance including safety, attendance, production output, and quality
• Partner with Team Leads to ensure employee reviews are completed accurately and on schedule
• Enforce company policies including safety procedures, GMP standards, and workplace policies
• Recommend and implement appropriate corrective or disciplinary actions when policies are not followed
• Analyze production workflows and team performance to identify opportunities for process improvements
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, productivity, waste reduction, and on-time production

Qualifications

Preferred Experience

• Some college coursework in manufacturing, operations, or a related field
