Responsibilities:
- Removing trash, cigarette butts, debris, and graffiti, both behind the scenes and in Guestβs view in order to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Sweeping Park streets, walkways, and attraction areas with broom and dustpan while continuously walking your assigned section.
- Hosing down back areas and patios when necessary.
- Wiping down all trash receptacles, tabletops and counters in assigned section.
- Giving guest directions if needed and answering any question.
- Removing and replacing new partially filled liners inside trash receptacles.
- Transporting trash from the trashcans to the park compactor areas and separating materials as necessary to adhere with park recycling rules.
- Preparing restrooms for park opening each day.
- Cleaning up bio spills using appropriate materials.
- Enforcing all Six Flags policies.
- Assisting in other areas of the Park Services department.
- Performing other incidental and related duties as required and assigned.
Pay Rate: $7.50-$9.50/hr.
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 15 years of age
- Be able to communicate effectively in the English language, including the ability to read, speak, and understand the English language
- Ability to complete tasks with little supervision and work independently

- Stage raw materials in the production locations and in the production room.

Ensures the transactions are accurately entered in the ERP systems.
Run floor scrubber/sweeper to keep warehouse area floors clean.
Housekeeping: Maintain housekeeping of assigned aisles, which includes debris removal, floor sweeping, rack cleaning, and skid maintenance (fix distraught skids, remove hanging debris, etc.).
Perform cycle count to confirm accuracy of the raw materials and finished goods at all time.
Ensures the transactions and adjustments are accurately entered in the ERP systems.
Ability to operate Reach Truck, Walkie, Cherry Picker, and Fork Lifts efficiently and safely.
Ability to perform general maintenance tasks to material handling equipment, including battery charging, battery exchange, battery maintenance (water, checklists, etc.), and general cleaning.
Other tasks as assigned by the Manager.

Process Engineering & Solution Ownership
- Map, analyze, and redesign operational processes across specialty operations functions (e.g., on-demand installation, ADI delivery programs, HVAC and appliance logistics)

Required Qualifications
Must-Have Skills & Background
- 3+ years of experience in process improvement engineering (Six Sigma, Lean, or equivalent)
- Demonstrated experience in both product management (Agile/scrum, product owner role) AND project management (waterfall/traditional PMO)
- Proven ability to own and drive operational solutions β not just coordinate or report
- Strong analytical and KPI-tracking background: margin, service levels, adoption, growth
- Familiarity with ERP systems and SAP workflows is a strong plus
