Six Flags White Water is seeking a skilled and dynamic leader to join our Maintenance Operations department . This person will lead the maintenance, construction, and rehab of Six Flags White Water facilities, attractions, and rides .

Responsibilities:

* Lead the Maintenance Department to deliver results in a broad array of activities including facilities maintenance, annual preventative maintenance activities, repair and rehabilitation of structures and equipment, landscaping and support for park operations.

* Work closely with and support various Marketing, In-Park Service, Operations, Group Sales, and Human Resources initiatives to ensure successful implementation of all special projects, events and programs.

* Assist Maintenance Director with and participate in the implementation of capital projects and new construction projects.
* Occasionally serve as Park Manager In-Charge on a rotating basis.

Qualifications:

* Working knowledge of Maximo or similar Enterprise Asset Management systems.
* Working knowledge of various skilled trades including Carpentry, Electrical, Mechanical (experience with conveyor belts is a plus), HVAC, Paint and Fiberglass.
* Basic computer skills and experience with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
* Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in a water park Maintenance Department.
* Advanced knowledge of swimming pools and water slides
* Ability to meet deadlines and understand cost implications.
* Ability to professionally interact with various departments and park guests
* Ability to write, speak and understand English with strong grammar, spelling, and punctuation skills.
* Able to meet the physical demands of the job including lifting, bending, standing for long periods of time, climbing, and working at heights up to 100 ft.
* Knowledge of OSHA rules and regulations.
* Ability to work outside in any weather conditions, nights, weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

The Diagnostic Medical Sonographer provides diagnostic ultrasound tests for patients in the Maternal Fetal Medicine setting. The Diagnostic Medical Sonographer works independently and with other members of the healthcare team to provide comprehensive care to pregnant women.

- Explains exam to patient and family prior to the commencement of the test to assure cooperation and optimum test results.
- Acquires anatomical, pathological, and/or physiological data.
- Records/processes sonographic data and other pertinent observations made during the procedure.
- Creates a preliminary report for physician interpretation and review/signature.
- Assists physician with procedures such as amniocentesis and chorionic villus sampling.
- Recognizes equipment malfunctions and takes appropriate corrective action.
- Responsible for maintaining adequate inventory of ultrasound supplies.
- Follows the accredited laboratory protocols for obtaining two-dimensional images, color flow, Doppler, and m-mode where applicable.
- Rotates as needed to cover Sonographer absences.
- Performs related and other assigned duties as directed.

Qualifications

Education:

- Graduate of an accredited sonography program with a degree in ultrasonography or equivalent.
- Maintain or be eligible for certification as an American Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (ARDMS) in OB/GYN.
- Must provide evidence of continuing education credits to fulfill accreditation requirements.
- CPR certification required.

Experience

- Minimum six months experience as an ultrasound technician working in OB/GYN and/or MFM setting preferred.

Participates in data collection, poses relevant clinical questions to advanced evidence-based practice. Consults appropriate experts and uses appropriate resources and evidence to address practice questions. Resources and Support A. Proactively plans for the care of patients across the care continuum in the course of giving direct patient care. B. Participates in the development of protocols and procedures when called upon or through self-initiation in collaboration with care managers and other members of the health care team to achieve best practice outcomes (i.e., decrease in re-admission rates; avoidable days; adverse events; etc). C. Supports efficient and effective use of human and material resources. Performs other duties as assigned Complies with all WellStar Health System policies, standards of work, and code of conduct.

Required Minimum Education:

Associate's Degree in nursing or Graduate of accredited/approved school of nursing Bachelor's Degree Nursing

Required Minimum License(s) and Certification(s):

All certifications are required upon hire unless otherwise stated.

- RN - Reg Nurse (Single State) or RN-COMPACT - RN - Multi-state Compact
- BLS - Basic Life Support or BLS-I - Basic Life Support - Instructor

Additional License(s) and Certification(s):

Required Minimum Experience:

Minimum 5 years Completion of accredited/ approved school of nursing with requisition clinical hours Required direct patient care experience Preferred
