We are looking for a Multifunctional Sales Associate Full-Time to join our team, opening in August of 2024!

Responsibilities:

Guarantee the best customer experience within the store providing all the support that customers might need. To achieve this, it will be key to possess good product and fashion knowledge, positive attitude and the will to make customers feel at home.

It will be necessary to be familiar with the sales indicators and focusing on improving them. To accomplish this, Multifunctional Sale Associates will have to focus on all the tools available to foster the omnichannel experience.

They need to ensure that the standards of the shopfloor are spotless: product well replenished and that the store clean, tidy and merchandised in an attractive way in order to maximize sales and offer the experience that our customers deserve. In terms of security standards, either in fitting rooms, stockrooms, shopfloor, or cash desk, they must be adhered to.

Different tools will be provided to cover the tasks mentioned above and it is crucial that these tools are used efficiently and in a respectful and appropriate way.

While working at the cash desk, Multifunctional Sales Associates are expected to process all register transactions in a smooth, efficient, and accurate way to ensure that the last part of the experience in the store is enjoyable and satisfactory for the customer while ensuring that all the policies and procedures are followed strictly.

When working in the stockrooms, Multifunctional Sale Associates are expected to participate in all objectives related with operations of the back areas including: delivery, replenishment, transfers in & out, maintenance of the standards of the stockroom, inventories and keeping the area clean, tidy and organized.

Multifunctional Sales Associates are expected to share their knowledge with new starters providing them with basic training and collaborating on their onboardings. At all times, they will be expected to behave according to the values of Mango.

Requirements:

• Preferred 1+ years prior work experience in a retail sales environment
• Customer service oriented
• Independent work ethic, time management skills

The pay rate for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be $16/hourly; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Brief Description: Responsible for moving, staging, and organizing materials to support daily production and shipping schedules. Ensures accurate, real-time updates to inventory and production systems while maintaining material flow throughout the manufacturing floor. Collaborates with planners, supervisors, and production teams to resolve material and scheduling issues. Tracks work-in-progress (WIP), identifies discrepancies, and ensures parts are packaged and handled properly. Requires 2+ years of material handling or shop support experience, basic MRP or scheduling knowledge (AMAPS a plus), and the ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Education: High school diploma or GED required.

What you bring:

• Ability to oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching, alongside the Store Leader, for all store employees.
• Demonstrated strength maintaining high retention by focusing on identifying qualified applicants, developing leaders, empowering employees, and encouraging employee productivity.
• Ability to assist in implementing all merchandising and marketing programs.
• Competency in cash handling, fuel transactions, and promoting our loyalty program.
• Demonstrated ability maintaining a clean, safe environment by complying with all health and sanitation procedures to ensure the store is presentable and that all products are in-stock.
• Excellent oral and written communication and intrapersonal skills.
• Proficient computer knowledge (Microsoft products preferred Word, Excel).
• A High School diploma or GED is preferred, but not required for candidates that have at least one year of Retail Management experience.
• A valid Driver's License from the state of residence while maintaining automotive liability insurance during course of employment.
• The ability to multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds.
