Coordinator of Community Services / Case Manager

Full-Time | Hybrid | Maryland

We are hiring Case Managers for our Coordination of Community Services (CCS) program in the following Maryland Counties, Washington County, Prince George’s County, and Montgomery County.

This hybrid role combines work from home with local community visits to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM

Salary: $65,000 annually

Potential Bonus: Up to $1,250 quarterly

Responsibilities:

• Support individuals and families in identifying needs, goals, and services
• Connect clients to community resources and supports
• Advocate for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
• Monitor services and maintain accurate case documentation
• Meet productivity expectations, including 7.5 billable hours daily in LTSSMaryland

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a human services-related field
• 1-3 years of clinical case management experience
• Community-based case management experience preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and technology skills
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, valid insurance, and safe driving record
• Must be fully vaccinated and pass pre-employment requirements

Inventory Associate

Our Inventory Associate is primarily responsible for assisting the Inventory Manager with inventory control as it relates to finished inventory units being pulled for outbound deliveries.

Your role in caring for our company:

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

• 
  
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
  
• Responsible for following all standard operating procedures (SOP) operational guidelines, verbal directives, training information, and policies when performing duties.
  
• Pulling of all inventory related items, including non-cannabis items, that are reflected on LeafLink invoice.
  
• Verifying compliance and accuracy of all packages before pulling.
  
• Responsible for accurately case packing batches as needed.
  
• Participate in all vault inventory audits.
  
• Maintain organization within the product vaults.
  
• Complete all daily duties on time and willing to accept additional job duties and responsibilities.
  
• Maintain open communication with the management team and other co-workers about daily production output.
  
• Flex to other departments to assist as needed and allowed within the production schedule.
  
• Must be comfortable working in environments with varying temperatures from 55-85.

Position Purpose: Customer Service/Sales associates provide fast, friendly service by actively seeking out customers to assess their needs and provide assistance. These associates learn about products using our tools, and provide information to customers in order to sell an entire project. Associates in this position will learn how to greet, qualify, recommend and close every customer in their department, and know how to handle basics in adjacent departments. Customer Service/Sales associates maintain the in-stock condition of assigned areas, and ensure it is clean, shop-able, and safe. Each associate has the responsibility of providing a safe working and shopping environment by following all safety policies & standards, completing specified safety training, immediately correcting hazards & unsafe conditions or reporting conditions to the Manager on Duty, and working safely as not to endanger themselves, co-workers, vendors, or customers. These associates work in cooperation with their Department Supervisor and other associates in their department as well as other departments. Position Summary: This position performs basic operational duties to provide quality products and service to guests.

Essential Job Duties:

• Perform station duties (fountain & frozen, dresser, front swamp, back swamp, grill, switchboard, expeditor, food prep, and drive-thru (if applicable)) as assigned to meet operational standards
• Comply with all company policies, procedures, and operational standards
• Perform regular cleaning and sanitation duties including trash disposal, mopping, sweeping, washing dishes and food preparation tools, wiping counters, sanitizing food preparation areas, cleaning equipment, and emptying used grease pursuant to operational standards
