Job Title: Pharmacist

Location: Jackson, WI, 53037

Contract: 3+months contract with contract to hire opportunity

Shift: Monday–Friday: (9:30 AM – 6:00 PM) & Rotating Saturday: (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM) - Occasional overtime may be required

Hours Per Week: 40 hours

Responsibilities:

• Perform accurate and timely product verification.
• Manage out‑of‑stock notifications and communicate appropriately.
• Process Return‑to‑Stock medications.
• Support workflow activities in dispensing, data verification, and customer‑related inquiries.
• Maintain compliance with all applicable pharmacy regulations, safety standards, and internal policies.

Team Composition: Collaborative pharmacy team consisting of three additional pharmacists, supporting different workflow areas including verification, data entry, and customer service.

Minimum Requirements:

• 1 year of professional pharmacist experience.
• 1 year of experience demonstrating productivity and timely task completion.
• Strong critical‑thinking skills (1 year minimum).
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced pharmacy environment.
• Active Wisconsin Pharmacist License (required).

Preferred Qualifications:

• All skills listed above are at an advanced proficiency level.
• Background in pharmacy practice within retail, clinical, or long‑term care environments (preferred but not mandatory).

Ideal Candidate Background:

• Solid pharmacy practice experience with knowledge of medication dispensing workflows.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and safety.
