As a Construction Project Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the construction process, from planning and budgeting to ensuring the successful completion of projects. You will work closely with clients, architects, subcontractors, and our team of skilled construction professionals to achieve project goals.

Responsibilities:

• Managing and overseeing all phases of commercial construction projects.
• Creating and managing project schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Collaborating with clients, architects, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications and goals are met.
• Procuring necessary permits and licenses, and ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations.
• Supervising onsite construction activities, resolving any issues that may arise, and maintaining a safe work environment.
• Monitoring project progress and quality control, ensuring that all work is performed to meet or exceed industry standards.
• Managing project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and project reports.
• Coordinate inspections and conduct walkthroughs to ensure the successful completion and handover of projects to clients.
• Maintaining effective communication and building strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in commercial construction project management, with a proven track record of successfully leading projects from start to finish.
• A bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field, preferred.
• Strong knowledge of commercial construction processes, codes, and regulations.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring on-time and within-budget completion.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in construction management software, Procore, Revu BlueBeam, and MS Office Suite.
• In-depth understanding of construction procedures and materials as well as project management principles.
• Thorough understanding of architectural and engineering drawings, specifications, and contracts.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining positive relationships with clients, architects, subcontractors, and team members.
• A high level of attention to detail and organization.
• Availability to travel to project sites as needed.

Casual - Dayshift

Position Purpose:

• The Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT or CRT), within the Ohio Scope of Practice, provides therapeutic procedures and diagnostic testing to chronically and acutely ill patients requiring respiratory procedures.

What You Will Do:

• Provide Respiratory Care, ensure an environment of patient safety, promote evidence-based practice and quality initiatives and exhibit professionalism in the care of patients and their families.
• Perform duties or responsibilities outside the normal routine care of the patient.
• Initiate and administer therapeutic procedures, diagnostic tests and education in accordance with departmental policy and procedures.
• Record information/patient assessment on the patient’s medical record and maintain departmental records.
• Precept new employees as requested and participate in students clinical rotations.
• Demonstrate knowledge of and ability to maintain respiratory therapy equipment.
• Communicate pertinent clinical information and collaborate with physicians, house staff and other health care disciplines regarding patient care, treatment and/or plan of care.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Education: Successful completion of a 2 or 4 year Respiratory Care Program, or completion of additional educational requirements allowing eligibility to obtain registry credentials.
• Licensure / Certification: Ohio Respiratory Care Professional License to practice in the State of Ohio and National Board of Respiratory Care credential indicating RRT or CRT
• Experience: Clinical experience in adult and neonatal respiratory therapy procedures such as aerosolized delivery of medication, mechanical ventilation, assisting with intubations and extubations, pulmonary function studies, emergency care, and obtaining and interpreting arterial blood gases.
• Maintain current BLS certification.

• Completes all charts/forms accurately and timely.

• Receives and gives a knowledgeable and concise patient report to others, as necessary to demonstrate awareness of patient’s overall condition.

• Initiates Clinical Pathways/Plan of Care on appropriate patient population at patients first visit.

• Updates and initiates Care Plans and Pathways as changes in patient’s needs are assessed.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Delaware required.

• Associate's Degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred.

• At least 3 years' of clinical experience required, preferably in Wound Care.

• Wound Care certification preferred; will consider those with experience and able to obtain certification within 6 months of hire.
