Reporting directly to the CFO, you will manage all aspects of financial operations, including revenue recognition, reporting, internal controls, and process automation.
**This is a hands-on role
** Key Responsibilities Manage full accounting operations including Quote-to-Cash (QTC) and Procure-to-Pay (PTP) cycles.

Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close, delivering accurate, GAAP-compliant financial statements.

Design and implement internal controls to safeguard assets while supporting growth.

Oversee cash flow, working capital, and A/R and A/P management.

Coordinate and manage external audits, ensuring efficient processes and unqualified opinions.

Ensure compliance with revenue recognition standards (ASC 606) and other GAAP requirements.

Lead and mentor a high-performing accounting team.

Collaborate with banks, vendors, auditors, and other financial partners as needed.

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field CPA required.

Prior Audit Experience (Big 4 preferred) Completed at least 4 audits 8+ years of progressive accounting experience in high-growth tech or SaaS companies Strong expertise in GAAP, complex revenue recognition (ASC 606), and audit management.
