JOB TITLE: Aluminum TIG Welder
REPORTS TO: Production Superintendent
PAY RANGE: $25.00 - $35.00/hourly DOE
SUMMARY
The Aluminum Structural Welder is responsible for performing welding tasks on aluminum materials using the GTAW (Gas Tungsten Arc Welding) process in all positions. This role also includes handling miscellaneous tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities also include but are not limited to:
- Prioritize safety and adhere to quality standards during all aluminum welding operations.
- Configure welding machines according to job requirements or Welding Procedure Specifications for GTAW aluminum welding.
- Utilize personal basic tools and equipment for welding tasks if not provided by the workplace.
- Perform aluminum welding based on the required GTAW process and parameters.
- Strictly follow welding procedure specifications for GTAW aluminum welding.
- Prepare and set up welding cells for serial production runs of aluminum components.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas while ensuring proper care of equipment and facilities.
- Adhere to all company policies and rules.
- Demonstrate keen attention to detail and focus on assigned tasks.
- Comply with safety regulations and maintain high-quality standards.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Assist in preparing aluminum products for shipment.
- Report any hazardous work conditions or practices to the supervisor.
- Capable of manually lifting raw materials, final products, and packed aluminum items for shipment, weighing up to 60 pounds or using a hoist.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- High school graduate or GED
- Six months to one-year of relevant experience and/or training in aluminum welding.
- Prior experience with aluminum GTAW welding is essential.
WORKING CONDITIONS
- Work environment involves exposure to various weather conditions, work in confined spaces or heights, prolonged standing and physical exertion as well as frequent bending, stooping and reaching. Noise levels may be moderate to high and may work in close contact with other team members.

What you'll bring to the table: (Responsibilities)
- Source new clients through cold calling (door knocks) as well as social media prospecting to meet & exceed sales quotas.
- Develop and manage a pipeline of prospects throughout assigned geography, set up in-person meetings with decision makers to discuss products/services, and move the sales process forward.
- A positive attitude that will generate great first impressions and maintain active engagement with new and existing leads; innate ability to build relationships by interacting with prospective clients.
- Meet weekly and monthly sales objectives (cold calls, appointments, presentations & closed deals).
- Collaborate with account managers and internal revenue operations to ensure individual and company goals are met.
- Manage all sales activity and follow up in our CRM system (Salesforce)
Do you have the right mix of ingredients: (Requirements)
- 25-30 door pulls (daily) and has a structured methodology for acquiring new business, territory planning and pipeline management.
- 4+ years of proven success in outside sales; experience cold-calling businesses that have a need for financial and marketing services products preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial and team environment.
- Proven experience in growing new business with a hunter mentality; persistent and self-motivated to drive business in a remote outside sales environment.
- Strong financial acumen and ability to have a confident discussion related to fees, acceptance, and finances.
- Excellent verbal, active listening, and written communication skills, including the confidence to interact and lead presentations with prospective clients in a way that projects Rewards Network's differentiation in the marketplace.
- High school diploma or equivalent and 3-5 years of related experience
- Proficiency in MS Office/Outlook and Salesforce or other CRM system.
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required.

The Amazon Web Services Professional Services (ProServe) team is seeking a dynamic ProServe Account Executive (PAE) to join our team at Amazon Web Services (AWS). In this role, you'll be responsible for engaging and winning new customers in transformative projects involving IT Strategy, distributed architecture, and hybrid cloud operations. You'll work closely with ProServe Cloud Architects, Engagement Managers, and Delivery Consultants to drive customer success and business growth. As ProServe's customer facing relationship owner you'll be primarily focused on understanding and defining business outcomes for customers by building trust, identifying applicable AWS Professional Services offerings, and creating proposals and securing customer signoff of SOW's. Following project launch, you will stay connected with the customer to ensure we are delivering the agreed customer business outcomes (CBO) as outlined in the SOW.
Your experience in selling services within the technology/consulting sector, will equip you with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value for customers. Basic Qualifications
- 8+ years of technology sales or account management experience
- 5+ years of B2B or enterprise sales with a focus on hunting new business experience

As a Manager, Commerce, you will act as a primary partner for our clients, driving eCommerce strategy and execution across retailers and intermediaries.
