Job Summary
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides professional nursing care for residents of all ages in assisted living, under the supervision of a registered nurse, advanced practice provider, or physician. Demonstrate knowledge of nursing principles for the resident in the relevant clinical setting. The LPN demonstrates competency and practices within the full scope of nursing expertise/knowledge and utilizes appropriate age and population specific standards related to the physical and psychosocial needs of the resident as per care plan. Ability to work effectively with professional and supportive personnel as a member of an interdisciplinary care team. Ability to communicate clearly and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. Counsels residents, family members and/or resident advocate, under the direction of a registered nurse, advanced practice provider or physician on prevention and treatment plans. Job Summary

Job Summary
Responsible for performing ultrasounds in a professional and diagnostic manner. Uses cognitive sonographic skills to identify and record appropriate anatomical, pathological, and diagnostic images. Thoroughly understand the operation of the ultrasound machine and utilize new technologies. Performs a variety of ultrasound examinations. Establishes and maintains ethical working relationships and good rapport with patients and all organizational staff.
Maintains a high standard of medical ethics at all times and is self-motivated to increase the level of understanding and knowledge of the sonography field. Displays empathy, compassion, and integrity.
Possesses an understanding of cross-sectional anatomy. Conducts self professionally at all times, even during moments of high stress.
Assists when necessary with the maintenance of accreditation requirements and processes. Understands age-related protocols for various testing. Coordinate work with physicians or other healthcare team members, including providing assistance during invasive procedures when applicable.
Supervises and train students and medical sonographers as needed. Reports and calls in-service requests on equipment when needed.

Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited school of Diagnostic Imaging, Allied Health Certificate/Diploma or a minimum of one year
equivalent work experience is preferred.
Registration in at least one of the following areas of sonography is required: Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS), Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT), American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT), or registry eligible.
Registry preferred within two years after hiring.
If working in North Dakota and performing medical imaging or radiation therapy procedures, licensure through the North Dakota Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy (NDMIRT) Board is required.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within six weeks of employment and re-certification as necessary is required.
For employees who provide outreach mobile services, maintenance of a valid driver's license and good driving record is required. This may include passenger on flights and occasional overnight stays at assigned sites. Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited school of Diagnostic Imaging, Allied Health Certificate/Diploma or a minimum of one year
equivalent work experience is preferred.
Registration in at least one of the following areas of sonography is required: Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS), Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT), American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT), or registry eligible.
Registry preferred within two years after hiring.

Job Summary
Manages nursing home staff and nursing activities, including resident care and record-keeping. Manages nursing staff assigned to a particular shift within the nursing home. For Rural Health Network facilities and Good Samaritan Society (GSS) only, employees who do not possess a Bachelor's degree in the required field, leadership may consider an educational plan with proven continuous action toward achieving a Bachelor's degree in Nursing within five years of hire into position. Three years of nursing management experience, two of which must be at the manager or higher level. On year long term care or subacute care experience is required. Assigns residents to available nursing staff, taking into consideration the resident's condition and the employee's skill level. Measures employee performance. Assists in the training of new staff members and the development of existing staff members. Monitors resident care areas and other nursing home facilities for cleanliness and readiness. Provides nursing care to nursing home residents on an as needed basis. May administer oxygen, basic life support (BLS), possible IVs, or medications as prescribed by a provider. Knowledge of clinical practices, strategic planning, administrative, and financial principles. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in nursing required.
Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred, including, but not limited to, Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE), Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN), and National League for Nursing Commission for Nursing Education Accreditation (NLN CNEA).
For Rural Health Network facilities and Good Samaritan Society (GSS) only, employees who do not possess a Bachelor's degree in the required field, leadership may consider an educational plan with proven continuous action toward achieving a Bachelor's degree in Nursing within five years of hire into position. Three years of nursing management experience, two of which must be at the manager or higher level. On year long term care or subacute care experience is required. Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring and/or possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state. Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications.
