Job Description

  • Handle a variety of employment and labor litigation matters for employer-side clients
  • Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests, and other key litigation documents
  • Assist with case strategy, factual development, and legal analysis
  • Take part in depositions, hearings, mediations, and other litigation events
  • Partner with experienced attorneys on high-level employment disputes and workplace matters
  • Communicate effectively with clients and help deliver practical, business-focused legal solutions
  • Manage deadlines and caseload responsibilities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of litigation experience
  • Active Colorado bar admission required
  • Labor and employment law experience preferred
  • Strong academic credentials
  • Excellent legal writing, research, and analytical skills
  • Strong communication skills and sound professional judgment
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
