Coverage Basis: PRN basis, ongoing Details: Two options for coverage: Travel and perform exams at a VES leased facility Schedule Veterans within your own practice Option to work days (4 hours) and/or full days (8 hours) One-Time non-treatment C&P exams + separation health assessments Exams are primarily interview-based with some physical assessment: Range of motion testing Muscle strength testing No prescribing, no treatment Quick credentialing & onboarding DMA certification available (can earn CME credits) must obtain once privileged if not already certified Use of Goniometer required Familiar with Musculoskeletal, Diabetes, and Cardio required Proficient in METs testing, evaluating and diagnosing respiratory, cardiovascular, and neurological conditions.

Own personal laptop (NO MACs) Training provided for all Reporting/Disability Benefits Questionnaires (DBQs) Reporting/DBQs must be submitted within 48 hours upon exam completion
- no narrative report.

End product is completion of standardized form(s).

Analyze medical records and complete standardized forms within the secure VES provider portal.

Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure accurate assessments and timely reporting of Veteran needs.

Complete follow-up administrative tasks such as addendums, medical opinions, and diagnostic reviews as required.

Who You Are: Active certification as an Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (AANP) (required).

Current and active license to practice medicine in Wyoming (required).

Familiarity with musculoskeletal, diabetes, and cardiovascular conditions (required).

Proficient in METs testing, evaluating and diagnosing respiratory, cardiovascular, and neurological conditions.

Comfort and experience with interview-based patient assessments (preferred).

Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with Veterans.

Access to a personal laptop (excluding MACs).
