We are opening a Foxborough, Massachusetts office and we invite you to join us! We are seeking attorneys with at least three (3+) years of experience with insurance coverage, bad faith, and/or commercial litigation, with additional value placed on familiarity with construction‑related insurance and risk transfer.
In this role, you will work as part of a collaborative, policyholder‑only practice handling sophisticated matters that involve analyzing and interpreting a wide range of insurance policies, managing significant coverage disputes, and addressing issues tied to commercial property, liability, builders’ risk, professional lines, cyber, and other specialized coverages. You will have the opportunity to engage directly with clients, develop strategies for resolving high‑stakes insurance and construction‑related challenges, and contribute to the design of comprehensive coverage and risk‑transfer solutions.
This position is well‑suited for someone who wants meaningful case ownership, enjoys tackling complex insurance issues, and is looking to deepen their experience in policyholder representation within a supportive and team‑driven environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage litigation matters from inception through resolution, including strategy development and client communication.
- Conduct insurance coverage and claim analysis for complex commercial and construction-related matters.
- Draft and argue substantive motions, including dispositive and coverage-related motions.
- Prepare and respond to written discovery; draft pleadings and briefs.
- Take and defend depositions of parties, experts, and fact witnesses.
- Handle motion practice and court appearances in state and federal courts.

Qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited law school.
- Active admission to the Massachusetts Bar; admission in additional states is a plus.
- 3+ years of litigation experience in insurance coverage and/or complex commercial litigation is required
- Exposure to construction law and construction defect is preferred.
- Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills.
- Experience with pleadings, depositions, and motion practice.

This individual needs to have experience with USP (797) Sterile Compounding, as well as proven management experience including overseeing staff and pharmacy operations. Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Manager to lead complex infrastructure projects including site work, utilities, excavation, roadway construction and various types of Earth Support. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing multiple jobs across trades, pricing change orders, interpreting drawings, and overseeing all aspects of project execution from preconstruction through closeout.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Estimating department on buyouts of material suppliers and subcontractors
- Review and understand all project documents drawings and specifications.
- Attend Project meetings with Clients, General Contractors subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Submit and track all submittals and ensure timely delivery and approval.
- Prepare and submit monthly requisitions.
- Collaborate with accounting to approve and sign all incoming invoices.
- Maintain and update project schedules monthly using Microsoft Project and Primavera. Ensure all jobs remain on schedule.
- Ensure the safety department is fully integrated into each job site and that safety protocols are followed.
- Perform detailed job costing and maintain accurate financial tracking throughout the project lifecycle.
- Software Proficiency:Utilize construction management software including: Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, Procore, Sage 300 CRE, Bluebeam & Microsoft Office Suite
Additional Duties
- Coordinate with field teams and subcontractors to ensure quality and compliance.
- Manage RFIs, subcontracts, and purchase orders.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and safety.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior staff and field personnel.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support project success.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in heavy civil construction project management.
- Strong understanding of site development, excavation, utilities, and infrastructure.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and documentation.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- OSHA certification and familiarity with safety protocols preferred.

ETs and FCs form the backbone of a ship's Combat Systems department aboard carriers, cruisers, destroyers, and other surface combatants, as well as at repair and technical activities ashore.
Key Responsibilities Serve as an Electronics Technician (ET) or Fire Controlman (FC) after training, based on performance and Navy needs; as an ET, maintain and repair radar, communication, and navigation equipment including transmitters, receivers, displays, and shipboard communications suites such as SATCOM and HF; as an FC, operate, maintain, and repair fire control radars, computers, large screen displays, local area networks, weapon control consoles, and automatic gun systems; troubleshoot complex electronic and electro mechanical faults using technical documentation, test equipment, and established procedures; maintain configuration control, documentation, and logs that support inspections, certifications, and combat system readiness.

Pathways, Training & Advancement Recruit Training followed by Apprentice Technical Training at Great Lakes, Illinois, covering basic electronics, circuitry, safety, digital theory, microcomputers, fiber optics, test equipment, and troubleshooting; strand training in either the Fire Controlman or Electronics Technician track, with FCs focusing on radar, ballistics, and fire control basics, and ETs focusing on communications suites and radar systems; follow on A School and platform or system specific C Schools, often with college credit recommended by the American Council on Education; accelerated advancement to E4 upon completion of initial school training and all advancement requirements, with continued promotion based on performance, time in rate, and professional development.
Enlist under the Advanced Electronics and Computer Field program, with final placement into the Electronics Technician or Fire Controlman rating during initial training at Great Lakes, based on performance and Navy needs; maintain AECF eligibility throughout training in order to retain any accelerated advancement benefits; fleet conversion into ET or FC from another rating may be possible for qualified Sailors, subject to screening and community manning.
