UPMC Hillman Cancer Center - Uniontown:
The UPMC Hillman Cancer Center endeavors to provide world class, technologically advanced and compassionate care close to where patients live; to this end, we are looking for a radiation oncologist to join a thriving community practice in Uniontown, PA - a family friendly community set in a region of great natural beauty.
The candidate will be the primary physician in a busy ACRO-accredited practice, which enjoys a strong history in the community and a robust referral base. The department is well equipped with a Clinac iX with SBRT capability and plans to upgrade the linac in 2025.
Support staff includes 3 therapists and a manager, 1 dosimetrist, 1 financial counselor, 1 front office staff, 1 physicist, and 1.5 nurse FTEs. Typical daily treatment volume ranges between 20 -25 patients.
The physician will be well supported as part of an integrated, physician-led network of clinicians with weekly prospective peer review as well as have opportunities to join monthly educational rounds led by disease site experts.
Our ideal candidates will provide the highest level of patient cares, which includes offering patients' participation in our robust and growing clinical trial portfolio.

UPMC Heart and Vascular Institute is recruiting a Section Chief of Advanced Heart Failure and Transplant Cardiology. UPMC, a national and global leader in advanced heart failure treatment with the best 90?day heart transplant survival rate in the U.S., seeks a highly qualified full?time advanced heart failure and transplant cardiologist for a non?tenure clinical track position.
This leadership role, based primarily at UPMC Presbyterian in Pittsburgh's Oakland neighborhood, will oversee and further develop the Advanced Heart Failure and Transplant Cardiology program. The Section Chief will be responsible for shaping and executing the clinical, academic, and educational vision for the program in alignment with both divisional and institutional priorities. This includes driving excellence in patient care delivery, strengthening multidisciplinary collaboration, and advancing quality and safety initiatives.
Key responsibilities include providing strong and visible clinical leadership; guiding strategic program growth; enhancing scholarly productivity across the section; fostering an environment that supports innovation in clinical practice, research, and education; and mentoring faculty across all career stages. The position also carries an expectation to contribute meaningfully to fellowship training, medical education, and faculty development, helping ensure the long?term success and sustainability of the program.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate a record of exceptional clinical expertise in advanced heart failure and transplant cardiology, dedication to academic achievement, and the ability to lead with integrity, vision, and a collaborative spirit.
