Located 20 minutes from the heart of the city, our Wexford practice houses the Department's quickly expanding teledermatology program. The incumbent should expect a culture focused on collaboration, a large referral base, competitive salary, malpractice, health insurance, and CME allowance.
Our department serves a diverse, medically complex population within the greater Pittsburgh area, while also drawing patients from throughout Pennsylvania and the tri-state area. The expansive University of Pittsburgh/UPMC campus includes 40 hospitals, 800 outpatient clinical locations, and an international healthcare presence. The Department of Dermatology sees patients in our seven clinics, providing services that include general dermatology, phototherapy, laser, Mohs micrographic surgery, and aesthetic services as well as inpatient consultations. Our Dermatopathology unit is onsite in our Oakland campus, with four full-time dermatopathologists and two dermatopathology fellows. Our teledermatology program provides synchronous and asynchronous care to patients throughout the state, and is utilized for inpatient consults and in-office e-consults with community physicians.

The Pittsburgh Interventional Radiology Institute at UPMC/University of Pittsburgh is currently recruiting a full-time academic Interventional Radiologist at the Assistant/Associate Professor level. The IR Division provides care at multiple core academic institutions including UPMC Presbyterian-Shadyside, UPMC Mercy, and Magee-Women's Hospital of UPMC in addition to providing clinical support to other UPMC hospitals in the greater Pittsburgh area. The Institute will also be staffing outpatient sites. Key Highlights
- UPMC IR performs a full spectrum of interventional radiology procedures and maintains active outpatient clinics at multiple sites collaborating with our strong oncologic, hepatobiliary, transplant, trauma, vascular, and pediatric interventional radiology services.
- The IR Division has worked hard to build and maintain excellent clinical and academic relationships with Hepatology, Transplant Surgery, Liver Surgery, Trauma, Urology, Orthopedics, and Oncology in affiliation with the Hillman Cancer Center.

Compensation: This is a Fee for Service (W2) position, the range for this position is $65,000-$94,000 per year based on 15-20 clinical hours per week.

Thriveworks Nurse Practitioners are expected to provide care to a diverse population of clients with mental health conditions such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, and more. They work with a broad range of age groups, primarily adults and adolescents, with a future focus on expanding care across the lifespan.
Qualifications:
- Licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner - Board Certification required
- Master's in Nursing with active prescriptive authority required in the state
- Understanding of AdvancedMD (AMD) EMR is a plus
- Three years of experience is a plus; 1 year of psychiatry practice is required

- Six months of previous nursing experience required.

Licensure, Certifications, and Clearances:

- Registered Nurse (RN)

- Basic Life Support (BLS) OR Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)/n

- CPR required based on AHA standards that include both a didactic and skills demonstration component within 30 days of hire

- UPMC approved national certification preferred.

- Act 33 with renewal

- Act 34 with renewal

- Act 73 FBI Clearance
