Position Overview
We are seeking a Project Finance Analyst to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for company projects. The role involves analyzing financial data, monitoring budgets, evaluating risks, and providing actionable insights to Operations and Management. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and collaborative, with strong financial acumen and experience supporting project-based environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, analyze, and update monthly project budgets and financial data from Operations
- Oversee and support baseline budgeting processes, leading budget meetings as needed
- Monitor, track, and report on project budgets, commitments, expenditures, estimates to complete, billing trends, and change orders
- Participate in project meetings to provide financial insight, risk analysis, and recommendations
- Understand key accounting and financial principles as they relate to project-based operations
- Ensure compliance with external contract terms and internal policies
- Prepare analytics, ad hoc reports, and dashboards to identify trends, risks, and potential outcomes
- Evaluate variances and trends, reconcile discrepancies, and recommend process improvements
- Provide summaries, reports, and presentations to management to inform decision-making
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce duplicate work, and increase efficiency
- Support project closeout by ensuring financial accounts are reconciled and finalized
- Assist senior analysts and managers with data analysis, risk reviews, and special projects
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in financial analysis, project finance, or a similar analytical role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills
- Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical abilities
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
Oracle Application Developer

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Application Developer to support, enhance, and optimize our ERP platforms. The primary focus is on Oracle EBS and Fusion Financials with working knowledge of Oracle Fusion SCM. The role includes maintaining system integrations, delivering enhancements, and collaborating with business and technology stakeholders to improve processes and automation.
The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and experienced in ERP systems, cloud integrations, and BI reporting tools, with strong technical and analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and maintain ERP platforms, primarily Oracle EBS and Fusion Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM)
- Work with Oracle Fusion SCM modules (PO, Inventory, BOM, WIP, OM)
- Enhance integrations between Oracle Fusion Cloud, Oracle E-Business Suite, and other enterprise systems
- Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, and Operations teams to deliver system enhancements, process improvements, and automation
- Partner with Program Managers to implement strategic initiatives and continuous system improvements
- Work in an Agile environment with onsite and offsite development teams

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Information Technology, or related field
- Strong experience with Oracle Fusion Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM)

- Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (Financials and/or SCM) is a plus
