Summary

Qualifications
- Associate degree and graduation from an accredited school for Occupational Therapy Assistants required.
- Work experience of at least one year as a Occupation Therapy Assistant; home health experience preferred.
- Current Florida Occupational Therapy Assistant License.
- CPR certification.
- Current driver's license and auto insurance coverage.

The Pavilion offers comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and a treatment program utilizing Trauma Informed Care and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Treatment occurs in an environment of comfort, caring and privacy and consists of Group and Individual Therapy as well as Activity and Pet Therapy. The facility features comfortable patient rooms, a private dining room and environmental adaptations that help to ensure the safety of all patients. In addition, The Pavilion offers Out-Patient programs at the Intensive Out-Patient and Partial Hospitalization level of treatment as well as an Electroconvulsive Therapy program.
