RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Process incoming calls/orders on a daily basis.
• Process orders in a high volume call center.
• Assist and document internal and external customers with inquiries related to the sale and delivery of product.
• Resolves internal and external customer service issues independently with general supervision.
• Manage all customer contacts to our policy of First Call resolution
• Quote discounts, new items, and various other products’ information to customers and salespeople.
• Adhere to common practices, concepts, and procedures within the customer service field.
• Use a combination of pre-established guidelines, creatively and independent judgment to make decisions and to accomplish goals and objectives.
• Keep team leads/management informed of any problems on any escalated issues.
• Provide information to and helps other departments, treating all of our customers professionally and respectfully.

• Assist team with cash applications, collections, and customer research.

Summary:

The Radiology Technologist will perform a wide variety of routine and advanced imaging procedures, will provide support for other imaging technologists as needed, and help to facilitate smooth and efficient patient flow. The technologist will demonstrate flexibility by working other shifts and/or at other campuses as needed or required. The technologist must be able to troubleshoot basic maintenance, participate in QA, and resolve issues related to image processing and the image archiving system. Expectation to participate in ongoing education, safety, and technical advances within their scope of licensure. The Technologist will adhere to, and maintain, the expected imaging competencies as outlined by management. Performs data collection, analysis and reporting of stroke data compliance with Joint Commission Stroke standards to maintain designation as a Certified Stroke Center.

Collaborates with hospital Stroke Medical Directors, Stroke Coordinator, and Ancillary Program Leadership to advance data collection and develop plans to address variances.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE Graduation from accredited school of professional nursing is required.

Must have at least three years of hospital or clinic based experience.

Experience with reporting and analyzing clinical documentation for the Joint Commission accreditation for stroke programs highly preferred.

Work experience with the operation of personal computers and Microsoft Office software is expected.
