This is a permanent position that requires a solid understanding of ISO 9001 and extensive experience with PCB and PCBA.
As the Quality Control Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing our quality control processes, ensuring that our manufacturing operations meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role and a proven track record of successfully managing quality control in a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities: 1.
Develop, implement, and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) for each area of responsibility.

Set and maintain standards for quality and customer satisfaction.

Ensure that all products meet the necessary quality standards and specifications.
4.
Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards.
5.
Lead and manage the Quality Control team, providing training and development as necessary.

Work closely with the production team to identify and resolve quality issues.
7.
Manage and maintain our ISO 9001 accreditation, ensuring that all processes and procedures are up-to-date and comply with the standard.

Oversee the testing of all PCB and PCBA before they are sent out to customers.

Implement corrective actions when quality issues are identified.

Collaborate with other departments to improve overall productivity and efficiency.
Qualifications: 1.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality Control within the Manufacturing industry.

Extensive knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and a proven track record of maintaining compliance with these standards.
3.
Strong experience with PCB and PCBA, including testing and troubleshooting.
4.
A degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field is preferred.
5.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
6.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
7.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
8.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
9.
Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.

What you'll do:
Investigates to determine coverage, liability, and physical damage including total loss settlements for highly complex auto claims.
Negotiates liability for comparative negligence (claimant or adverse carrier).
Identifies coverage concerns, reviews prior loss history, determines, and creates Special Investigation Unit (SIU) referrals, when appropriate.
Interacts with multiple parties to gather information (police reports, recorded statements, witness statements) determine liability.
Analyzes information obtained to establish compliance for regulatory requirements and settlement value.
Evaluates and negotiates settlement of automobile first and third-party physical damage claims within established settlement authority limits and negotiates any excessive storage charges.
Resolves claims through proactive problem solving and decision making, within authority guidelines and under moderate supervision, overcoming obstacles, and effectively prioritizing the workload.
Clearly documents thought process including damage evaluation, investigation, negotiation, and settlement decisions.
Collaborates and sets expectations with external and internal business partners to facilitate claims resolution.
Supports members, business partners, and claimants, through use of varying communication channels to include utilization of digital tools to drive timely and effective resolutions through exceptional service.
Applies proficient knowledge of P&C insurance industry products, services, to include P&C insurance policy contracts, coverages and internal claims handling process and procedures.
May serve as an informal resource for team members.
Applies proficient knowledge of Auto Physical Damage to adjust claims.
Supports workload surges and catastrophe (CAT) response operations as needed, including mandatory on-call dates and potential evening, weekend, and/or holiday work outside normal work hours.
May be assigned CAT deployment travel with minimal notice during designated CATs.
Works various types of claims, including ones of higher complexity, and may be assigned additional work outside normal duties as needed.
Ensures risks associated with business activities are effectively identified, measured, monitored, and controlled in accordance with risk and compliance policies and procedures.
