The Operations Analyst role is a great opportunity for individuals interested in a career in financial operations, whether you are just starting out or looking to continue to grow. These positions are a part of our Client Relations Group (CRG) teams supporting key Client operational processes such as, Onboarding, Oversight, Billing, New Account and Client Activities. The role offers broad exposure to the operational side of investment management and provides a solid foundation for future growth within financial operations and the industry in general. Opportunities in multiple locations - Seattle, Boston, & Alpharetta - across various teams, including:

Client Activities

  • Provide functional support to portfolio managers, traders, and portfolio administrators for Parametric portfolios and order management systems; ensuring daily activities, including client transactions, account maintenance, portfolio data reconciliation, and portfolio implementations are completed in a timely and efficient manner.

New Account Activities

  • Establish prospect accounts in Parametric's portfolio accounting system (APX) for our portfolio managers to run optimizations on the client securities and cash.

Onboarding

  • Responsible for ensuring daily new account onboarding activities, including verifying all account documentation is received and properly submitted for archiving, working with activity management teams on new account funding, setting up account feeds and other client activities are completed in a timely and efficient manner.

Oversight

  • Perform verification checks on team's data entries to ensure accurate processing of information prior to daily trading deadlines, ensuring all account documentation is received and properly submitted for archiving

Billing

  • Understand billing attributes and client relationships that drive revenue accrual and client invoicing and review of new accounts, changed accounts, and terminated accounts

Responsibilities:

  • Work with internal and external stakeholders and other key points of contact in a professional manner
  • Research and resolve issues quickly and with a sense of urgency and accuracy, escalating to team leaders when appropriate
  • Communicate with internal and external contacts regularly to resolve issues, discuss improvements, convey status and confirm closure

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Primary Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field preferred; relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Salary range for the position: $60,000-$90,000/Yr. The successful candidate may be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award. MA:
Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $60,000 ] and $90,000 per year at the commencement of employment. About the Position:

Market Operations is a global team, providing strategic oversight, ongoing risk assessment, and operational excellence to support Parametric's products offerings. ABOUT THE ROLE
The Director, Operations (Strategic Partner and Vendor Management) role is the central relationship owner and operational lead for Parametric's key external partners, including clearing and custody providers, broker-dealers, and core market and reference data providers. This role ensures these partnerships consistently support Parametric's ability to deliver excellent product offerings by improving service reliability, strengthening controls, and identifying and reducing operational risk. As a Director, this role is expected to provide visible, day-to-day leadership and influence across Market Operations in the region. While the role may not initially have direct people management responsibilities, it is intentionally flexible and may evolve into a management position.


The role will design and operate a performance and risk framework, coordinate integration and change activity, and act as a cross-functional connector of Operations, Trading, Technology, Product, Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Client Service. The scope of this role spans multiple products and workflows, and the decisions made in this role can affect trading outcomes, reporting accuracy, and the day-to-day ability of teams to deliver for clients.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build and maintain an operational and risk framework to measure key external partner performance, including service level standards, incident tracking, root-cause analysis, and remediation plans.
  • Manage the full relationship lifecycle for key external partners, including due diligence support, onboarding, integration planning, service, invoice approvals and general oversight.
  • Engage with Corporate Services to navigate contract negotiations, renewals, and commercial reviews, including pricing analysis and benchmarking to maintain competitive terms and strong service expectations aligned to Parametric's scale and growth.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance and service levels and drive continuous improvement through structured review meetings and agreed corrective actions.
  • Support initiatives including new product capabilities, workflow enhancements, and key external partner migrations, with an emphasis on minimizing disruption and user and client experience.
  • Serve as the central liaison for key external partners, enabling clear communication, timely escalation, and coordinated improvements throughout Parametric.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to Operations colleagues by setting clear expectations for partner management, documentation, escalation discipline, and risk-aware execution.
  • Implement and manage access controls aligned with governance policy, audit expectations, and compliance standards, including periodic review, recertification, and evidence collection.
  • Partner with operational teams and internal stakeholders to resolve service and data issues requiring remediation, including issues impacting trading support, reconciliations, corporate actions support, cash movements, settlement support, and client reporting dependencies.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial services, preferably supporting investment management, trading operations, or post trade operations.
  • Multi-asset experience preferred, including familiarity with equity, corporate and municipal bonds, futures, options, swaps, and related market infrastructure considerations.
  • Direct experience working with custodians, broker-dealers, and market and reference data vendors in relationship management, service management, or operational oversight capacity.
  • Demonstrated strength in contract management.
  • Working knowledge of audit standards, compliance requirements, third-party risk concepts, and data access protocols, with ability to maintain evidence and support reviews.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify service gaps, quantify impact, drive remediation, and prevent recurrence.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex issues for internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to influence across the organization to lead changes affecting internal teams and workflows.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Digital Reporting Analyst to join our team. This role will play a critical part in coordinating and supporting the monthly and quarterly processes for publishing client reporting data on our digital platform. The successful candidate will work closely with product and technology teams to improve the digital reporting platform by supporting the build outs of new strategies and enhancements.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinate and support the monthly and quarterly processes for publishing client reporting data on the digital platform. This includes reviewing data, making decisions related to timing of critical steps, and managing email notifications to external users.

  • Demonstrate thorough knowledge of both traditional asset management and alternatives investments (derivatives, fixed income, equities, mutual funds, hedge funds, private equity).
  • Understanding of basic accounting principles - ability to interpret performance impact of various transactions and corporate actions.

ABOUT THE TEAM
The operations department consists of a team of professionals that focuses on the overall operations of Parametric. This group ensures the production process is complete from start to finish and lines up with the goals and functions of other departments within the firm. Examples include supervising, organizing, and completing daily production, measuring and evaluating daily workload, and providing services to ensure the business runs as smoothly and effectively as possible.

ABOUT THE ROLE
This position will lead, manage and coordinate the daily operations processing of corporate action activity by the corporate actions team. This team is responsible for the managing both mandatory and voluntary corporate actions functions, processing corporate actions in appropriate systems, and being a subject matter expert on corporate actions for other teams at Parametric. This position requires a hands-on leader with the ability to manage multiple deadlines, provide excellent customer service, motivate the team and develop individual talent.

The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail and sense of urgency. This is a volume-intensive, data-driven role overseeing the administration and daily processing of corporate actions related to over 200,000 client portfolios, both domestic and global. Portfolio strategies are typically a single asset class, of which a majority are equity and additional focus on fixed income, derivatives and multi-asset portfolios continuing to grow in importance. The person in this role must feel comfortable with demonstrating best-practices in work at all times, managing expectations and accountability, and work closely with other department heads to ensure that deliverables are met. This position will work closely with vendors, technology, and portfolio management departments to build out a scalable operating model while reducing risk.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supervise the day-to-day functions of all corporate action processing
  • Review of corporate action related control processes
  • Maintains an excellent knowledge of firm and industry best practices and controls

  • Review and recommend new methods and procedures to make daily operations in the department more efficient, effective and controlled
  • Performing a wide array of developmental functions, including interviewing, performance appraisals, development planning, and corrective action/termination
  • Driving execution of large and small scale department projects and initiatives including technology components
  • Point of escalation for direct reports, colleagues, internal clients & external clients
  • Effectively escalate issues to senior management and other impacted teams
  • Understanding of key department processes around corporate actions, restriction management, and security maintenance
  • Working with large datasets in MS Excel and other technical applications. Must be able to manage and organize datasets of 100,000+ rows of data
  • Responsible for managing small and large scale projects within the department
  • Understand multiple processes and systems capabilities
  • Perform analysis of data, metrics and processes to support advocacy for process improvements
  • Host relationship review meetings with vendors and custodians to identify opportunities to leverage their external resources to increase scale and reduce risks
  • Represent team in internal and external meetings and cover manager's responsibilities as needed

This role collaborates with Design Engineers and Production Engineers to ensure procedures meet hardware/software requirements and safety standards, and to deliver clear, repeatable loading procedures, robust troubleshooting, and up-to-date user guides. The ideal candidate possesses hands-on Airplane Systems experience, strong technical writing skills, and a commitment to operational reliability.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Install loadable software on aircraft platforms and bench test environments in accordance with approved procedures.
  • Develop clear, step-by-step loading procedures and instructions for both on-aircraft and bench scenarios.
  • Collaborate closely with Design Engineers for each system to ensure loading procedures align with hardware/software requirements and safety standards.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Knowledge of software version control, builds, and software configuration management
  • Familiarity with avionics test equipment, load devices, and data logging tools
  • Experience writing and maintaining Engineering procedures and documents
  • Understand product requirements relevant to certification, configuration, data and data management and engineering processes
  • Knowledge of ARINC loadable software standards
  • Knowledge of BCA software loading procedures
  • Familiarity with aircraft system design and development
  • Familiarity with aircraft networks and architecture

Summary Pay Range:

$107,100 - $144,900
