Job Summary
The Distribution Mechanic B will be responsible for, under the supervision of the Distribution Department Foreman, performing maintenance and construction work on the steam distribution system. Additional duties could include welding.
A successful candidate for this position is a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates a strong commitment to deadlines and teamwork, is process-oriented with a high sense of ownership, possesses a keen intellectual curiosity, and has a solid foundation in construction, pipefitting, or similar trades. A background that includes experience as a certified pipe welder or familiarity with specialized pipe welding techniques is highly desirable and a significant asset.
Core Responsibilities
- Must have mechanical skills to handle heavy equipment and materials.
- Must be able to cut, fit and thread pipe; install insulation, re-condition valves and steam traps.
- Individual must be trained and proficient in traffic control, excavation and shoring in confined workspaces.
- In addition to Distribution Mechanic duties, responsibilities could include performing welding work as directed. To be a certified pipe welder, the individual must be qualified to weld pressure piping in accordance with the requirements set forth in the ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code, Section IX. A premium will be paid for this work.

EXL Risk Control is looking for self-directed independent contractors who possess excellent
communication skills, computer proficiency, and a commitment to meeting client quality and
timeliness standards. You will work from your own home or office, and service onsite
survey/inspection assignments in the Seattle, WA area, and other locations within approximately 45 miles of Seattle.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for scheduling on-site surveys and providing risk control reports to
insurance industry clients. These reports contain information necessary to underwrite a
commercial insurance policy and may include recommendations to control and/or correct
potential loss producing conditions associated with that policy. You will be expected to
manage assignments you accept, successfully secure customer appointments within a
local territory and complete work assignments on time.
Our Risk Control Inspectors evaluate businesses behind the scenes to identify hazards and
improve safety, mitigating risks for our insurance company clients. The type of businesses
we survey are commercial operations, including retail, restaurants, hotels, apartments,
construction jobsites, churches, schools, etc. Most surveys are focused on assessing the
business for Property and General Liability coverage, but we also service other commercial

Description:
The 'Assessor – Project CYPHER' is embedded within Amazon and is responsible for conducting comprehensive facility assessments, collecting data, and documenting cyber-physical assets across Amazon's Corporate facilities. As a Partner Sales Executive, you will own revenue growth through strategic technology partnerships with a major focus on Amazon/AWS, Microsoft and other large ISVs or OEMs. You will be developing and executing on business plans, creating qualified pipeline, and driving co-sell opportunities to close. This is a hands-on, commercially focused role that blends partner development with enterprise selling, measured by pipeline, bookings, attach/adoption, and expansion.

Position Overview
Our client is seeking experienced Oncology Diagnostics Sales Representatives to drive the adoption of its molecular oncology testing solutions among oncologists, cancer centers, and hospital systems. They're one of the first medicare-covered liquid biopsies to combine ctDNA and ctRNA in a single assay.
The successful candidate will build strong relationships with medical oncologists, pathologists, and oncology practice leaders, and educate clinicians on the clinical value of advanced genomic testing in precision cancer care.
This role requires prior experience selling oncology diagnostics, molecular diagnostics, or genomic testing services into oncology practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and grow sales of molecular oncology diagnostic testing within an assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with medical oncologists, hematologist-oncologists, pathologists, academic cancer centers, and community oncology practices.

- Bachelor’s degree required (life sciences preferred).
- Minimum 3+ years of successful sales experience in oncology diagnostics, specifically with ctDNA and/or ctRNA.
- Demonstrated experience selling into oncology clinics, cancer centers, and hospital systems.
- Established relationships within the oncology community are required.
- Strong understanding of genomic testing, liquid biopsy, and next-generation sequencing (NGS) technologies.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Willingness to travel within assigned territory.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling liquid biopsy, NGS panels, or precision oncology diagnostic testing.
- Experience launching new diagnostic technologies in oncology.
- Understanding of oncology treatment pathways and targeted therapies.

Account Manager
Avvo is seeking a driven, self-starting Account Manager to further develop our client services and supporting functions. Our Account Managers are responsible for developing long-term relationships with key legal clients, advocating on their behalf and fostering their success using Avvo’s existing advertising websites and other products.
What You Will Do In This Role:
- Manage an average of 350-450 clients while providing the highest level of sales and support.
- Maximize and grow a book of business with target opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling additional Avvo products and services.
- Provide strategic consultative marketing advice while assisting clients in the optimization of their Avvo profile and advertising.
- Responsible for outselling cancellations with active clients as this is a sales role.
- Ability to analyze and interpret data such as performance metrics and historical trends.
- Maintain existing relationships with a focus on continuously building new business for Avvo.
- Advocate on behalf of and assist all Avvo customers to the highest degree.
- Meet and exceed revenue monthly sales quotas.
What To Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
- Ability to provide professional written and verbal communication.
- Working knowledge of Google Suite and other technical suites is a plus.
- Experience with Salesforce or CRM.
