- Developing strategies and setting priorities to improve medication safety.
- Leading and monitoring medication safety operational activities and development and oversight of performance improvement strategies related to medication safety throughout the Health System.
Minimum Requirements of the Pharmacy Director:
- Successful completion of an Accredited ASHP residency
- 8 years of health system pharmacist experience
- 5 years of experience in a manager or director capacity
