What you'll be doing:
Warehouse material handlers' essential duties are to perform various tasks in the warehouse such as but not limited to:
- Inbound: Unload trucks, trailers, containers of freight, counting products, compare to manifest to check all shipments for damage, infestation, or production code dates. Material handlers must report shortages, damages, and mis-shipments on appropriate forms. Also be able to sign for inbound shipments when necessary. All inbound shipments are moved safely to storage locations to be efficiently stacked as store merchandise.
- Order Picking: Ensure that the correct product number, quantity and type (lot, batch, serial number) of product are picked. Transport orders to shipping locations or delivery platforms with material handling equipment such as but not limited to fork trucks, cherry pickers, or pallet jacks. Materials handlers must be able to label, stencil, tag, mark orders, band, bundle, wrap, over-pack, and palletize as required.
- Outbound: Compare quantity, labeling and address with order to ensure outgoing shipments are complete and correct. Assign signature for outbound as necessary. Efficiently move products, cartons and or pallets into trailers, rail cars or containers.
- Equipment: Maintain equipment in a neat, clean and orderly fashion. Operate equipment safely and efficiently. Comply with company standards and OSHA requirements.
- Inventory: Keep accurate records and reports. Assist in physical inventories and cycle counts. Ensure proper stock rotation. May key inventory adjustments in computer.
- Other Duties: Repack or re-box cases per customer instructions. Repair and consolidate damaged goods as required. Operate shrink-wrap machine. Charge forklift battery as needed; stack and or separate good from bad pallets when necessary; clean railcars, trailers, and truck docks, bays as requested.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Pay Transparency:
The expected pre-tax pay for this position is

Role Overview

The role reports to the New York Director of Operations and works closely with other hubs, including the Bronx warehouse (CDL driver operations).
Key Responsibilities
• 30+ direct reports, including a supervisor
• Lead and manage shift‑level warehouse and fulfillment operations, including inbound and outbound workflows
• Ensure timely, accurate order fulfillment and maintain SLA compliance
• Track daily volume, throughput, and team performance; coach and develop associates and supervisors
• Maintain and improve SOPs; ensure adherence across the shift
• Forecast staffing needs and manage scheduling
• Communicate effectively with internal teams, partners, and vendors
• Collaborate with Central Operations, People, and other departments to ensure seamless operations
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to inventory tracking and reporting
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using data, analytics, and technology

Women who may have the ability to produce eggs but are unable to use their uterus or do not have a uterus, may consider a surrogate. A donated egg may also be used with the surrogate in the event a woman cannot produce her own eggs or her uterus is not intact or insufficient to carry a pregnancy. In either case, the husband's sperm, if viable, may be used.
Using an egg donor unrelated to the surrogate carrier eliminates any biological tie. The egg of the surrogate is never used as part of the assisted reproduction process, so that a surrogate is never in the position of delivering her own biological child.
The basic requirements of a woman to serve as a surrogate are:
- Emotionally stable
- Responsible
- In good physical health
- Non-smoker
- Has had at least one successful pregnancy
- Is capable of carrying a child to full term

In Texas, there is a judicial process for validating the Gestational Contract (the contract between the intended parents and the surrogate). Included within the various requirements for having a Gestational Contract validated by a Texas court is that the intended parents must be married and the surrogate must have previously carried a child to term. Additionally, there are residency requirements that apply to either the surrogate or the intended parents, but not both.
Compensation for a surrogate services generally starts in the range of $35,000 - $40,000, for base compensation with over all fees up to 70k, in many cases. The amount of compensation is dependent upon a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, whether the surrogate carries twins, what procedures a surrogate is required to undergo and whether the delivery is vaginally or by cesarean section.

Prepress Operator
Hours: 12 Hour Nights 7pm-7am, 2-2-3 schedule
SUMMARY: To prepare and stage press or laminator jobs. Prepress personnel are used in any capacity needed to stage items at any machine. They may retrieve and prepare cylinders for press run and after the press run, clean the cylinders and store them. All of these functions must be performed in the safest, most effective and efficient manner while adhering to established SOP's and quality standards.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:

SUMMARY: Tests and inspects products at various stages of production process and compiles and evaluates statistical data to determine and maintain quality and reliability of products by performing the following duties. This position can present the motivated employee with several career options as the company grows and he/she gains expertise and knowledge.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Performs visual inspections and physical tests utilizing equipment in Lab. Products are tested for a variety of qualities such as dimensions, performance or chemical characteristics.
- Records and evaluates test data and writes reports.
- Recommends modifications of existing quality or production standards to achieve optimum quality within limits of equipment capability.
- Enters data into computer for analysis.
- Prepares certificates of analysis on finished product for our customers.
- Able to use and read measuring instruments as well as operating instructions and procedure manuals.
- Trial reports, inspection and tracking.
- Assist QA and Technical departments in their duties.
- Must take responsibility for work assigned.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Support and follow all plant Safety Rules, GMPs, and other procedural training requirements.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Associate degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
REASONING ABILITY
