Currently seeking Neurologists and Physiatrist/PM&R to perform EMG/NCS testing services at various mutually agreed upon locations throughout California. Must have current and valid licensure and proficiency in neurodiagnostic testing.

Responsibilities of the Physician

• Travel to Precision locations to perform EMG/NCS testing
• Perform high-quality EMG/NCS studies
• Provide timely EMG/NCS reports

Requirements of the Physician

• Actively licensed In California
• Board Certified or Board Eligible Physiatrist or Neurologist
• Proficiency in EMG/NCS testing

The Village is seeking a highly organized, systems-driven Operations Administrator to oversee the administrative and operational engine of our retreat center. This role ensures guest reservations, provider scheduling, financial workflows, and backend systems run smoothly and consistently. This is a hands-on operations role. The Village provides personalized, concierge-style postnatal care in a boutique hotel setting in San Francisco. Families come to us to rest, recover, and ease into parenthood while supported by trained staff, nourishing meals, therapeutic services, and lactation consultants. Core Responsibilities

• Process new reservations from inquiry through confirmation
• Manage CRM workflows (17hats)
• Send contracts and required forms, track completion
• Confirm guest payments prior to arrival
• Schedule and coordinate welcome calls
• Ensure check-in logistics are coordinated and communicated to the team
• Manage provider scheduling and ensure services are fully executed without gaps.
• Manage accounts payable, including vendor invoices and recurring expenses

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Work closely with regional leadership and other stakeholders to ensure marketing collateral aligns with campus branding and strategy.
• Create and design high quality, innovative, and compelling materials to support the SFBA regions marketing and leasing initiatives from concept to completion, providing creative input in design direction, production, messaging, and delivery of presentations, marketing materials, and other collateral.
• Develop financial charts, graphs, and infographics.
• Create promotional items and employee communications; design brochures, ads, invitations, posters, and programs.
• Develop digital communication assets including emails and video wall content.
• Craft compelling pitch narratives for presentations with clear organization and messaging, including writing, editing, and proofing of print, digital, and other marketing materials.
