CT Technologist

We are currently seeking a Florida-licensed CT Technologist on a full-time basis. As a CT Technologist, you will be competent in all of the following: brain, total spine, facial, sinus, orbits, thorax, abdomen, pelvis, upper/lower extremities, sella, and biopsies. As a CT Technologist, duties include but are not limited to:

  • Select proper technical factors for study then perform and complete diagnostic CT examinations accurately in a caring, compassionate and respectful manner
  • Possess sound and thorough operational knowledge of the CT scanner, pressure injector, resuscitation equipment, laser filmer, and teleradiology system
  • Assist in the administration of contrast media and other related procedures
  • Prepare, transfer and position patients as needed ensuring modesty, safely utilizing auxiliary equipment and/or devices indicated
  • Document all pertinent clinical information prior to exam, obtain informed consent, and complete all required fields within MEDITECH accurately and on time
  • Obtain high-quality CT images assuring only optimal images are submitted for interpretation
  • Remain proficient in executing software protocols and keep up to date with changes in the field by in-service study, attending courses or seminars as necessary/recommended
  • Maintain proactive and effective communication with patient and other caregiver colleagues to include the radiologist
  • Check the operation of the equipment, maintain cleanliness of table/equipment to prevent cross-contamination of contagious diseases and keep room stocked with linens and necessary supplies
  • Accept on-call and call-back responsibilities as needed to provide optimum patient care
  • For roles in our free-standing ER, proficiency in both X-Ray and CT is required

Qualifications

  • Completion of a 24-month program in Radiologic Technology at an accredited, AMA-approved institution
  • Valid ARRT (CT) certification
  • Clear/active Florida Department of Health licensure (CRT)
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Ability to perform work which requires frequent standing, bending, reaching, squatting, kneeling, moving, and/or lifting of patients/equipment up to 50 lbs.
  • Minimum of 1-3 years current/recent experience in diagnostic radiology, preferably in an acute-care hospital setting

The Mission

Own a defined territory and win net-new commercial construction projects by designing and installing full outdoor landscape solutions on high-visibility builds.

You’ll be in the field — not behind a desk — building relationships with:

  • Commercial General Contractors
  • Developers & builders
  • Landscape architects & design firms
  • Bidding/procurement platform managers
  • Senior decision-makers at commercial construction firms

You quarterback the deal from first conversation through contract close, backed by a strong estimating and bidding team.

Absolute Requirements (No Exceptions)

  • 1.5–2+ years of OUTSIDE B2B sales in commercial construction
  • Pure hunter mentality — proven net-new business wins
  • Comfortable with 6–18 month sales cycles
  • Experience targeting commercial NEW construction builds

If your background is account management, project management, or inside sales, this is not the role.

Landscaping experience is a plus.

Commercial construction experience is required.

Job Summary


The team is responsible for new business revenue generation monthly and works to achieve these on an individual and team level. Account Executives are equipped with extensive training in Salesforce, sales process management, business development and more.


Principal Duties and Responsibilities


The primary responsibility of an Account Executive is to build a book of business through:


  • Prospecting and establishing referral partner relationships with professionals from the real estate and mortgage industry.
  • Work with clients to understand their insurance needs, analyze options with a large carrier portfolio, and provide a custom solution to mitigate household risk.


Compensation Summary


The first year’s earnings potential ranges from $53,000 - $90,000, varying based on performance. Our compensation package slightly varies by agency but offers uncapped new business commissions and renewal commissions year-over-year. Renewal commissions provide passive earnings and can exponentially increase your annualized income. Additionally, top performers can qualify for an annual President’s Club trip.
