What your future day will look like:

  • Prepare detailed and accurate customer quotes, involving leadership when needed
  • Communicate with customers in a courteous, professional manner via phone, email, or face-to-face
  • Assist customers with questions, order details, and issue resolution before production begins
  • Partner with departments across the organization to ensure timely order processing from entry through shipment
  • Identify opportunities to grow business through customer interaction
  • Address and resolve customer credit or quality concerns when appropriate

To be a champion in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years of customer service experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment
  • Basic mathematical aptitude
  • Background in printing or packaging helpful, but not required
  • A strong customer-focused mindset and calm approach when facing challenges
  • Strong organizational habits and excellent communication (written & verbal)
  • Solid computer and typing skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and CRM (SalesForce)
