What you'll be working on:

• Managing a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs; conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits
• Treating patients in-office or in testing centers as well as conducting occasional tele-health visits
• Continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and through other modalities
• Ongoing collaboration with in-office teammates via daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teams
• Utilization of your specific clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures
• Willing to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for One Medical virtual primary care in additional states

Education, licenses, and experiences required for this role:

• Completed an accredited NP or PA program with a national certification
• State licensed in California, obtained by your One Medical start date
• In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least:
  • 2 years in an outpatient primary care setting, OR
  • 1 year in an outpatient primary care setting, coupled with either a 1 year primary care fellowship or 1+ year in an urgent care setting
• Experience in LARC (IUD + Nexplanon) insertion and colposcopy procedures a plus

This is a full-time role based in San Francisco, CA at our Clay St office.

One Medical is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.

The base salary range for this role is $164,700 to $175,000 per year based on a full-time schedule. Final determination of starting pay may vary based on factors such as practice experience and patient care schedule. Tweaking Cat Studios

Tweaking Cat Studios is an independent game studio developing our first title. The project is fully funded and currently in the prototype phase, with a planned launch in 2028. We are building a small, highly collaborative team focused on crafting a distinctive and cohesive player experience.

We are looking for an experienced Art Director to define, guide, and protect the artistic vision of the game from early prototype through production and launch.

We work out of an office in Sausalito and the team is almost entirely face-to-face.

Role Overview

The Art Director partners closely with Game Design and Engineering to establish and maintain the visual identity of the game. This role is responsible for defining the artistic direction, guiding production art pipelines, and ensuring visual consistency across all aspects of the game.

This is a hands-on leadership role suited for someone comfortable working in a small studio environment where strategic direction and practical execution often go hand-in-hand.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Game Design to craft the artistic vision of the game
• Define and maintain the visual style, tone, and artistic direction
• Create and maintain art bibles, style guides, and visual reference materials
• Direct internal and external artists to ensure consistency and quality
• Review and provide feedback on all art assets to maintain the artistic vision
• Collaborate with engineering to ensure art integrates effectively into the Unity pipeline
• Help define production pipelines and workflows appropriate for a small team
• Evaluate and onboard external art partners or contractors when needed
• Maintain visual consistency across environments, characters, UI, VFX, and marketing assets
• Support early prototyping with visual exploration and concept direction
• Help plan art production to support milestones through final release

Required Qualifications

• Industry experience shipping multiple commercial games
• Prior experience as Art Director, Lead Artist, or equivalent leadership role
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a cohesive artistic vision across shipped titles
• Experience directing multidisciplinary art teams (environment, character, UI, VFX, etc.)
• Deep understanding of real-time game art pipelines
• Experience working with Unity-based production pipelines (not Unreal)
• Ability to collaborate effectively with design and engineering teams
• Strong visual communication and feedback skills
• Ability to work in a small studio environment where roles can be flexible

• Experience building art pipelines for small or startup game studios

About Tweaking Cat Studios

Tweaking Cat Studios is an independent studio developing our first title. The project is fully funded and currently in prototype, with a planned release in 2028. We are building a small team focused on craftsmanship, collaboration, and creating a distinctive game experience.

Our client, a global luxury brand, is looking for a Digital Production Designer to join their team on an ongoing (1 year+) contract, 40 hours per week, onsite 5 days a week in Corte Madera. The Digital Production Designer supports the design and PM teams by preparing, localizing, and optimizing digital creative for global markets. This seasoned production professional is a Figma expert who ensures flawless execution of templates, translations, and final production files across emails, landing pages, homepages, and other digital assets.

Digital Production Designer Responsibilities:
- Optimize designer-created files for go live and prepare annotated handoff files.
- Flow localized copy into templates; manage translated and blank template versions.
- Update images, text, and components within emails and web templates.
- Lead translation and localization workflows with accuracy and minimal oversight.
- Collaborate with Designers, PMs, and Creative Directors to ensure smooth production.
- Maintain organized file structures and digital archives.
- Use PM tools (Airtable) to manage copy and production tasks.

Digital Production Designer Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years as a Production Designer/Artist within major brands or agencies.
- Expert level Figma skills; strong Photoshop and InDesign knowledge.
- Proven experience with localization and template driven production.
- Extremely strong attention to detail and ability to catch errors quickly.
- Confident communicator who asks clarifying questions and works independently.

This presentation designer must have either a degree in a technical field such as Computer Science, Legal, Engineering, Science etc. OR experience working as a legal presentation designer.
