The Build & Integration Engineer will be responsible for supporting global engineering teams and client's customers in resolving build, integration, and functional issues across multiple operating systems and platforms. This role requires strong system-level understanding, hands?on debugging expertise, and the ability to collaborate across diverse technical teams. Client is seeking an Engineering Technician II to support the Camera Image Quality (IQ) engineering team in San Diego. This role will focus on capturing photo and video data, analyzing image quality, and maintaining imaging databases used for camera development and evaluation.
The ideal candidate will assist engineers in camera testing, data analysis, and lab operations, while utilizing tools such as Python, Android Debug Bridge (ADB), and image/video analysis software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Photo & Video Capture and Imaging Data Management
- Capture high-quality photos and videos using camera devices (primarily smartphone cameras) in both lab environments and real-world scenarios.
- Execute image and video analysis tools to evaluate camera performance and generate quantitative and qualitative results.
- Manage and maintain imaging databases across multiple Image Quality (IQ) domains, including: Texture and Noise, Color Accuracy, HDR, Exposure, Zoom, Bokeh, Video Quality, Image, Stabilization

Under the direction of the Lead Automotive Account Manager - West Coast, the SOCAL Automotive Sales Engineer is responsible for maintaining current customer relationships and identifying areas for potential growth with established and new customers in the electric vehicle market. The primary role will be serving as the key account manager for a major electric vehicle company with responsibility for several smaller accounts. The role is responsible for being the main point of contact for communication regarding product selections and opportunity generation. This position is based primarily in the SOCAL area, with travel to the West Coast region as required. The Principal Mechanical Design Engineer (Data Center Infrastructure) is a technical leader responsible for the architecture, integration, and validation of advanced mechanical systems supporting hyperscale data center environments. This role requires deep expertise in liquid cooling technologies (single-phase and two-phase), hydronic system design, structural integration, and manufacturable rack-level infrastructure solutions.
This role is responsible for defining system performance requirements, developing technical specifications, selection and integration of critical components, and leading mechanical design from concept through production release. Responsibilities include wetted material selection, thermal and structural analysis, fastening strategies, component layout, and design for manufacturability. What will you do?
- Lead the end-to-end mechanical design and engineering of hyperscale Data Center Infrastructure (DCI) systems, including liquid-cooled rack assemblies, CDUs, manifolds, enclosures, structural frames, and associated hydronic piping systems.
- Serve as the technical authority for single-phase and two-phase liquid cooling architectures, including primary and secondary loop design, in-rack distribution, and system integration within hyperscale data center environments.
- Define and validate operational performance requirements for liquid-cooled infrastructure, including pressure ratings, hydrostatic limits, temperature ranges, flow rates and uniformity, thermal expansion, durability, and serviceability.
- Design, analyze, and validate machined components, welded fabrications, manifolds, and structural systems using advanced engineering principles, including stress analysis, finite element analysis (FEA), flow modeling, and structural load calculations to ensure mechanical integrity and code compliance.
- Lead wetted material selection and compatibility analysis for liquid cooling systems, including corrosion mitigation strategies, surface treatments, cleanliness standards, and long-term durability considerations.
- Develop and review CAD models and complete technical data packages using CREO, SolidWorks, or equivalent tools; ensure design accuracy, manufacturability, and system-level integration.
- Author and approve technical specifications for piping systems, rack-level cooling infrastructure, and hydronic components, including installation guidelines, maintenance procedures, testing requirements, and compliance with applicable standards (ASME, ISO).
- Establish and oversee validation protocols including hydrostatic pressure testing, leak detection and mitigation, flow resistance analysis, and corrosion verification to ensure regulatory compliance and operational reliability.
- Evaluate customer design proposals and technical specifications to assess feasibility, manufacturability, cost, and risk; provide recommendations to optimize performance and total cost of ownership.
- Lead cross-functional design reviews with electrical, thermal, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teams to ensure full system integration and compliance with product specifications and applicable plumbing and hydronic codes.
- Optimize rack manifold design and manufacturing processes, including machining, welding, surface finishing, connection interfaces, venting and draining strategies, and flow path optimization to enhance performance and manufacturability.

- Lead root cause investigations for complex mechanical failures identified during validation or field deployment and implement corrective design improvements.

JOB SUMMARY
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Β· Supports the Test Engineer in the development and commission of test solutions executing the test qualification of the fixture and program as per the specific system qualification process.Β· Responsibility for providing the deliverables to support the solution in production to both the Test Support Function and Manufacturing Operations.
Β· Assists in the build and manufacture of testers, fixtures and environmental tooling as required to meet the customer expectations.
Β· The Technician Engineer provides the interface to the Test Support function providing comprehensive documentation and training for all test solutions implemented.
Β· Provides the interface to the Manufacturing function providing comprehensive documentation and coordinating training and education for all test operations implemented.
Β· Through working with the Test Support function monitor and contribute to the improvement of Test Yields, Efficiency, Intermittencies and Uptime providing accurate reporting and clear targets for improvement.
