Project Manager - Bridge Group


Must have at least 2 years of experience in project management or estimation, with proven experience in bridge construction.


Job Overview:

The Project Manager is responsible for assisting in the success and profitability of a project from the bidding phase through final completion. The PM reports to the Group Manager and shall initiate regular communication with the GM on bid challenges, risk issues, cost impacts, project conditions and highlight other concerns which create a scope or cost deviation from the original estimations of profit and loss involving a particular task. The primary standards by which a PM shall be measured include the following:


Responsibilities:

  • Assisting the project to a successful result for both the client and Miller Bros. Const., Inc.
  • Providing the highest level of Client Satisfaction
  • Meeting project schedule
  • Effectively communicating with all parties involved in the project
  • Ensure a safe working environment
  • Prepare bids and estimated cost to perform the full scope of work using HCSS
  • Maximizing the project profitability
  • Accurately managing the fiscal and administrative responsibilities of the project
  • Maintain a positive attitude and good working relationships with customers, employees, and the public
  • Prepare, manage and file all contract documents from project award to close-out
  • Review and update all cost reports
  • Ensure all projects comply with OSHA Standards, MSHA Standards and MBC Safety Programs, in addition to all client/owner safety requirements. Ensure proper safety practices for field operations are followed
  • Work with the Safety Directors, Superintendents and Foremen to promote β€œSite Sense” talks every morning with their crews and prior to beginning a major change in operations
  • Review and understand all project scopes, schedules, budgets, plans, specifications and standard drawings for the work to be performed. Build the work to meet or exceed specifications
  • Coordinate all project activities and schedule demands through the Superintendents and Foreman
  • Discuss resource requirements on a regular basis with the Superintendent, Director of Field Personnel and Equipment Manager
  • Report weekly the status of each project to the GM


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or similar field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in project management or estimation. Bridge work experience is a MUST!
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working in heavy construction
  • Excellent communication skills

  • Translate product capabilities, performance data (M&V, energy modeling, third party testing, etc), and use cases into clear, market-ready messaging and assets that support selling, specification, and value engineering
  • Lead GTM planning and execution for new products and enhancements, ensuring alignment across Product, Sales, Channel, and Marketing
  • Serve as the voice of the market to R&D, maintaining a structured feedback loop to improve product-market fit and revenue performance


Pricing and Commercial Strategy

  • Partner with Data and Sales Operation teams to develop, maintain, and operationalize pricing strategies across products, channels, and applications
  • Work with VP of Channel Development to support pricing models, rebate frameworks, and channel-specific commercial structures that maximize adoption and revenue while protecting margin
  • Equip Sales and partners with pricing guidance, value justification, and competitive context to support deal progression and close
  • Monitor market dynamics and competitive positioning to inform pricing, packaging, and commercial strategy adjustments tied to performance


Qualifications:


  • 10+ years of experience in product marketing, technical marketing, or product management with significant experience in building materials, glazing, faΓ§ade/building envelope, or construction products
  • Proven success building and scaling channel marketing and sales enablement programs tied to measurable revenue outcomes
  • Strong experience working with glaziers, window OEMs, or similar ecosystems across multi-step sales channels
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical products into clear, compelling commercial narratives
  • Experience collaborating on pricing and commercial strategy preferred
  • Highly cross-functional and comfortable operating at both strategic and hands-on levels in a high-growth environment
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills

SUMMARY

Using fundamental technical skills, analytical abilities, and up-to-date regulatory knowledge, provide complete customer oriented, air quality permitting, modeling, and compliance solutions, to assist clients in areas of permitting and regulatory compliance.


Interest in developing expertise across multiple environmental media (air, water, waste) and supporting integrated compliance efforts is encouraged.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Technical Responsibilities:

Β· Conduct air dispersion modeling analysis in accordance with project requirements and/or published guidelines.

Β· Calculate air emissions, determine required control technologies, and document process information to ensure client operations, and work practices are in accordance with all applicable regulations.

Β· Remain current regarding the latest developments in air pollution control technologies.

2. Regulatory Knowledge:

Β· Assemble permit applications, permit amendment applications, standard exemptions, source inventories, and emission fee calculations for submittal to state regulatory agencies for industrial clients.

Β· Understand existing regulations and continually review new and proposed regulations as they relate to industrial clients.

3. Maintain relationships with existing clients solicit new project work as appropriate; communicate results of analyses internally and externally in verbal and written form.

4. Assist new project engineers with projects and participate in internal training.

5. Update client information in internal database in a timely manner.

If you are considering becoming a surrogate, it is important to understand both the medical process and the emotional journey involved. Our team ensures you are fully informed, supported, and cared for throughout the entire experience.

Gestational Carrier Requirements

To ensure a safe and successful journey for both carrier and baby, applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Between 21–39 years old
  • U.S. citizen living in a surrogate-friendly state
  • Have delivered at least one child and are currently parenting
  • No more than two (2) C-sections
  • Not receiving government or public assistance (including Medicaid, WIC, SNAP/Food Stamps, or state-funded health insurance)
  • No history of pregnancy complications (including gestational diabetes, pre-eclampsia, or pre-term labor)
  • No history of schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, or major depressive disorder
  • Not currently taking medications unsafe for pregnancy (including certain mental health medications)
  • Able to travel for medical screening, monitoring, and embryo transfer appointments
  • Live a healthy lifestyle free of illicit or recreational drug use
  • Have a stable home environment and strong support system

Compensation & Benefits

We recognize the commitment, time, and care involved in being a gestational carrier. Compensation includes:

Base Compensation

  • $60,000 – $70,000(First-time carrier to experienced carrier)

Additional Benefits

  • $250 monthly expense allowance
  • $500 maternity clothing allowance
  • $10,500 for multiple birth
  • Up to $10,000 for loss of organs (per contract terms)
  • Lost wages (carrier and spouse, if applicable β€” based on employment verification)
  • Travel reimbursement
  • $200 per week for housekeeping (if medically necessary)
  • $20 per hour for childcare (if medically necessary)

All medical expenses, legal representation, and services related to the surrogacy journey are covered.
