This large inpatient hospital provides comprehensive psychiatric services and seeks ongoing locum tenens coverage for adult mental health treatment. The healthcare facility offers coverage for all transportation and housing costs associated with the assignment and provides licensing assistance for qualified candidates. The psychiatric nurse practitioner will provide comprehensive psychiatric care to adult patients in an inpatient hospital setting. Daily responsibilities include conducting thorough psychiatric evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, and managing psychotropic medications for patients requiring inpatient mental health services. The clinician will work collaboratively with interdisciplinary treatment teams and maintain detailed documentation of patient progress and treatment interventions. The position requires board certification with prescriptive authority and involves working 40 hours per week during day shift hours with no call requirements.

What you will do: Responsibilities listed include but not limited to:

• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans of patients with speech, language, cognitive and swallowing disorders
  
• Regularly re-assess effectiveness of treatment plans, attend staffing meetings and family conferences
  
• Perform discharge evaluations, make appropriate recommendations for home and community safety, and provide referral and education resources
  
• Communicate patient's needs and progress to the treatment team, physician, person receiving services and family members

What you will need:

• Minimum of a Master's Degree from an accredited Speech Language Pathology program
  
• Valid Speech Language Pathology license in the state(s) of practice
  
• Current CPR Certification in accordance with state regulations
  
• A minimum of one year's work experience as a Speech Language Pathologist
  
• Demonstrates knowledge of rehabilitation techniques related to complex neurological injury preferred

Job Details

The Store Manager leads the Mattress Firm vision, company initiatives and achieves sales performance goals by holding associates accountable for the execution of in-store merchandising in multiple store units. The role is responsible for leading selling programs, driving related KPI results in multiple store units and supporting the omni-channel experience. The Store Manager ensures teams always put the customer at the center and create a compelling and engaging environment for Mattress Firm team members.

• Drive individual and team sales performance and KPIs.
• Train and coach store employees in sales, product knowledge and operating activities, providing constructive feedback; annual performance reviews and Individual Development Plans.
• Create an environment where customers are always at the center and have an exceptional experience.
